I am so so glad I hear this as my kids are young enough, for me to retrospect on parenting and consider to be accepting for the person that I really am and for the people, who they are. I am going to listen to this for many many more times. Thank You so much Dr. Shefali 🙏

it has been hard to put into practice as there are so many layers.. i just keep watching and reading her work and then go back into practicing it with my kids until i mess up again and then need to get inspired and reminded to shape up again... on and on
