Ado is a faceless highschool singer who took the J-Pop scene by storm, just like YOASOBI. She helped to bring Hatsune Miku's vocaloid music to mainstream media.
Ado created many top hits including Usseewa, Dignity and Ashura-Chan. She was also the singer of the One Piece movie for the song New Genesis. And more recently she released more singles including I'm Invincible, Himawari and Ibara.

Man, I found out about Ado thanks to Uta’s songs from the One Piece Red film, but after hearing Usseewa and Odo I fell in love with her music, she’s an amazing singer and it’s insane how young she was when she began with her music interest and how fast she grew in talent and fame and became a top tier japanese singer

God, I love Ado's music. I find it really hard to find a list of my top 5, but I'd say (in no particular order) love is war, crime & punishment, love ka?, otome dissection and shikabanese. On another note, can't wait for her covers in (I believe) December! Unravel, Buriki No Dance, Villain, etc. And, of course, Dignity, which is next Monday/the 18th.

Still crazy to me that I found her back in 2018-2019 when she mainly did Covers of other songs. So glad others finally started to notice her. She's still my absolute favorite artist of all time with probably the most beautiful voice of all time.

Long-term fan of Ado and holy shit I was hyped when was in Japan during Ado x JR Rail Music Rally event in Hiroshima and Miyajima. Headed there ASAP from Osaka and pretty much biked through the entire city and took the tram to Miyajima on Day 1. Ado popularity is severely understated. Even on a random day, there were many fans next to the life-size cutout at the station and the limited stamp, at the ferry booth for the Ado clear file. There were promotional poster for her album at pretty much every music store. I went around to look for her merchs but it was sold out at all the stores I went to. The best thing I got was an Ashura-chan minifigure from a Gashapon machine in 2 tries kek.

I randomly came across Useewa about 2 years ago and I couldn't stop listening to Ado ever since. I know all her songs by heart, including the cover songs. Every Song is an absolute Gem. Loved you Video about it. Weird I found a video like that about her so late but it was worth it! Didn't know her backstory before now or where the Name comes from. Good Job!

I’ve been practicing my own vocals using Ussewa! I’ve got a relatively low singing voice (a bit higher than Ado’s) and it’s worked out so well for me. I’m not straining myself as much as I used to. I love her music so much.

I was listening to TK while working and came across Ado's song Usseewa somewhere towards the end of my shift. I really liked the song and a few days later, I was searching all over KZfaq to find the song again (I use YT Music as I get distracted easily so It limits what I see making fewer distractions) and found Usseewa. listening to it again that day made me wanna find other songs but I never did. then I found God-ish by Ado. I never realized til today that Usseewa was her first original song, and for her first original and my first song i heard from her, it was very cool

Found out about Ado from an arcade game of all things. Round1 arcade has Gitadora, a japanese version of guitar hero. Since it was all in japanese I just chose a song based on the cover which was Ussewa. And man I was stricken.

I'm young, like, very young. I'm currently 12 and I have always had a love for music. I would be considered fairly "gifted" in music with a vocal range of just about 4 octaves and an ability to hit growl notes pretty well with no real training. My 3 problems? 1. I'm pretty damn ugly. 2. I have a low voice (okay, but really, I'm 12 and have a medium/low alto voice?) and 3. I have social anxiety. I wanted to be a singer but ignored it. And then when I was 11 I stumbled across Ado. Now, I was a Rin/Miku lover. I thought I had to sing high. I realized I can sing in the rock sections. I learned to scream and sing low. I'm learning more about music, but until then I'm working on learning to sing so I can make covers when I'm 13/14. I'm so happy I found Ado because I think I would've just never started singing if I hadn't found her.

Because she's ridiculously talented and has a unique Style. I think I've been following her for like three years now. It's a shame she now became more mainstream after one piece but she did deserve the fame 100%. Wasnt it usewa that carried her to fame tho? The "highschool girl with deep voice" awkward moment in life is something I can relate to a lot. Usually when I speak to someone for the first time I speak with a higher tone than my natural low tone because people often feel intimidaded when this happens (and I notice this, unfortunately). But when I first heard Ado's voice when Usseewa blew up I was so happy to hear a japanese female singer with a deep voice becoming popular, it made me wish I was this brave to not be affraid of using my natural tone when speaking with strangers 😅 Thank you Ado❤
