Okay it is a somewhat of a magic trick. What it actually is a mechanism that hooks into the shoe goes up the leg and has a hand. So when he sits down it makes it look like he is sitting on air. But when he's actually sitting on is a panel that is up his leg and under his butt. And if he were told if the other leg which he cannot do he fall flat on his butt. When people use this specific mechanism. They can only lift one of their legs they can't lift the other one. Because if they try to lift the other leg and releases the mechanism and they will fall.
