Hello Martha… I live in Gothenburg 🤗 … About your question, I did not cancelled my UAE residency before applying for Sambo visa… after i got the decision from Migrationsverket, i then resigned from my job and the company cancelled my working visa. So once i left Dubai, my passport got exit stamp at the airport

Hello Vanessa. Your current work permit is actually 1 of the requirements. There is a form that you have to fill out which includes your basic info including your working status. I think it helps the migrationsverket to make the decision faster.

Hello.. My RP was valid for 2 years, then after that, I applied for the PERMANENT RESIDENCY (granted) then after my 3rd year, I applied for citizenship since I am with Sambo visa

I am not sure about the extension but i guess you can find the info in migrationsverket website,,, in regards with the permanent residency, i think it was granted immediately if I remembered it right, 1 week lng ata after ako nagpa fingerprints and photograph..

you have to set an appointment to your choice of Swedish embassy, if there is one in Romania then I think u can email them to book. If you need to have clear information, I suggest you check www.migrationsverket.com

Hello. No visa needed. RP, is your source of entry to Sweden which is also valid to other EU countries. Also, It is your permit to live, and work here for 2yrs..

After getting a residence permit, u will extend that after 2 years to get the PERMANENT visa, THEN next step is to apply for the Swedish citizenship on the 3rd year of residency
