What? The crooked score was the 95-95. The 97-93 and 98-92 are easily explainable. I swear people only looked at the tv when the announcers popped for one of Jorge's shots. Jorge stood there the entire time letting Nate hit him at will. He only punched when Nate stopped and let him. I wanted Nate to get put out so no bias here. All the people claiming 95-95 was good or 98-92 was crooked needs to rewatch the fight or learn how boxing is judged. They clearly don't know the sport.

Jorge looks as if he's naturally stronger than Nate, I don't know why he didn't push Nate off more ....too tiring perhaps? Even with lots of punches getting blocked ur out of ur mind if u think nate didnt land anything he clearly landed more for most of the rounds. in mma the bigger punch will steal the round but not boxing. nate controled the fight, landed more and got hit less for most of the rounds. its simple.

Let’s get this straight. Backing up and going forward in boxing don’t matter to the scoring. No matter what going backwards or forwards doesn’t lose you points or gain them. Now if you’re displaying ring generalship via cutting of the ring, getting out of the corners at will, or dictating the distance that’s different however backing up or moving forward does not give or deduct points.

I would recommend re-watching when you can. I don't think Jorge backing up should = a huge advantage in favor of Nate, especially when that pressure was ineffective. Throwing those rabbit tap punches to Jorge's raised guard should not be scored as a W for Nate.

Good point, but the significant strikes from each other are VASTLY different. Most of Diaz punches were arm punches, there was only like 2 or 3 punches that looked like it hurt Masvidal, but other than that, Masvidals' significant strikes had way more impact/power. Boxing judging needs to be updated. There's a reason why it's one of the most corrupt sports in the world.

That's always been his style, he's very slow and plodding, where you just run out of steam. By textbook standards he doesn't do anything related to good form and fundamentals. If he didn't have cardio and have homer simpson ability to take damage he would been ko'ed in this and most of his fights.

You know its snob boxing judges being as boxy about it as possible. From a pure boxing standpoint, nate walked foward and attacked while jorge backed up and countered. Since the counters did not stop nate, it was ineffective. Nate being ineffective, but boxing more. Fight was a draw. One judge was real. The fighters cancelled each other out. Both did what they planned, and neither worled.
