@@Rapiers-and-flowers just checked the map and wiki. There is only one scorpion in Inazuma. It is on Yashiori Island near the serpent's spine, north of Magu Kenki.

@Angeldust2205 it is because of the Razor quest! they spawn after you finish it. They have something to do with his backstory :)

consecrated beasts come from eating gods/godlike beings, so that makes sense there's also a vulture there as well defeating them rewards a fontaine mora box
