I wish I could get every Batcave from 2006 to 2019 to form a bigger one that I would love to see.

To be honest I love the look if these original batman sets way more than the new ones because of how simple they are.

I had this set and the Arkham Asylum set from this line in my nana's attic from when I was a kid and all the pieces for both sets were mixed together in one big box. They were my two favorite lego sets and I hadn't seen them since I was little kid. When I moved back to America last year I was finally able to get the box from my nana after it had been in the attic for 11 years. The pieces filled our entire dining room table and it took my wife and I almost three weeks to put both sets together. I've thought about it every time you've mentioned the batcave set. I'm so glad you finally got it! And it's so good to see you finally put it together! And I am also so grateful that lego numbers their bags now. Haha

why is this batcave like, 10x better than newer batcaves? lmao. Lego should take some inspiration from this set next time they make another batcave

I remember this set so vividly because Forrestfire101 used it constantly in his stopmotion videos. I never owned a Batman set from 2006 because I was 16 years at that time and totally not into lego anymore. Looking back on it, those sets were pretty fun.

I got into legos in 2008, shortly after this set retired, and I always wanted to buy it. I would look on eBay all the time and I would contemplate raising the money but it was always too much. I am glad to see you finally get your childhood set, it gives me hope that one day I will too :)

I had this set as a kid, me and my dad built this set together (well, I think I built the mini figs and my dad built the set) and it took us a week to do. This is really bringing back so many flashbacks, thank you for sharing. Might have to see if I can find the pieces to this set and put it back together.

My childhood set is the LEGO Star Wars clone wars AT-TE walker because at the time it was the only way to get a captain rex I just recently bought it and I just can’t stop staring at it

I ordered the Mincraft Village set secondhand on Bricklink and the parts were all sent in three or four random bags. The set included multiple shades of green for the baseplates and plants so it was extra confusing.

I wish they would make newer batcave sets more like this One. IMO the newer batcaves are very boring compared to this :/ but cool that you finally (even though this is an old video) got this set :D

Dang it I’m scared to build this set and Arkham Asylum (7785) once I finally get them because of all the bags.

Mega Bloks and a lot of other lego-like brands had this issue for a REALLY long time because LEGO patented it... However, the patent must have ended because I’ve seen Mega Construx start to use numbered bags.

We didn’t have numbers on the bags and we didn’t have piece call-outs either. We had to find the difference between pictures.

I just got this set today from eBay but it’s missing like 18 pieces, even tho the guy said it was 100% complete

back in the days world was different when lego bags wasn't numbered :P hold on, most of lego technic sets still do not has, except those largest ones.
