I just finished setting up my machine today and knew I needed to run a cleaning mode first but wasn’t able to grasp the manual instructions and couldn’t find anything when I googled it. This was right on time and definitely helped me out! My first drink was a rum breeze and it is delicious! Thank you, cheers!

I clean mine once a month by running the cleaning cycle 2-3 times. In addition, I clean the straws in a sink of dishwater using the included pipe cleaner. I also pop out the pod holder and the bottom plates the drink glass sits on and wash them in the dishwasher.

I use hot water in my cleaning process and i run it at least 5 times to be sure. That pod holder pops out also

Thanks for sharing the video. Regarding the pod drawer, the measurements stated it was about 13 inches wide. The black and decker cocktail is about 16 inches wide, does it hang over the drawer? Yours seem to fit perfectly

Im trying to do cleaning mode but the lines keep lighting up.. they're all in perfect positions, like yours.. idk whats wrong

Mine started to be faulty, only cleans 1st one stop and nothing only 2nd flashes but no cleaning after that.

Are you suppose to take black capsule out as well?
