This is usefull to know how to do. My daughter has been complaining about the beeper but I'm resisting turning it off for now. Would you know if there a warning when the front passenger isn't wearing the seat belt? I noticed some wiring connected to the front passenger seat under it but there's no alarm for this seat belt if the passenger doesn't wear it. Works fine if the driver isn't wearing the the belt.

just changed my front seats, anyone know how to stop the airbag light flashing? ive got side airbags and swapped for civic type r seats and dunno how to stop the flashing. cheers

How do these alarm work ? Does it only beep if the driver hasn’t got belt on or just if someone else doesn’t have belt on ?

Brilliant! Mine randomly died on me the other day. Pulled over and it started up straight away but the abs light kept randomly flashing?

For anyone with Mark two this does not work. It is a dealer programmable thing. And the reason why it can be switched off is because there are a few disabled people with seatbelt exemption

My alarm keeps going off the same as the video however the seatbelt light doesn't come on. Can anyone advise what could be the problem? I have to keep stopping and turning off the engine and re-starting for the alarm to stop going off (everyone has their sealtbelt on by the way) thanks

brilliant , got to go do this ,, you should have held up a sheet at the end with the proper non hokey kokey routine , then i could have taken a picture of my lap top screen as an aide memoir , for the fun in the morning ,,, regards or just stick the passengers seat belt in the drivers holder and ignore the rest .

Why would you like to disable the seat belt reminder? This is a safety feature and every car that is not ancient has it.

I won't do that to my car...as my wife is driving it and she never puts the seatbelt on and it's annoying,soo yes, I am happy with it,as it will drive my wife crazy..that beep that is😆🤞😊 she must put the seatbelt then😂
