What I took away from this video was the fact that healthcare costs are one of the major drivers for employer groups. It drives the consumer's decisions. Also, one key thing I learned was the pre-adjudication phase is where asymmetric and inaccurate information can be impacted by the patient, so this is an opportunity for the patient to be on top of information.
