It makes a tremendous difference that you live in Asia, as it is much cheaper to fly from The Philippines to the other Asian countries. How wonderful it is to be able to do so. It's so difficult to do so if you live in North America. I'm so happy for you. I absolutely enjoy your videos. Please keep doing them. My days are not complete without them. Thank you JM.

Things like this makes me grateful again to my current company, we can take a leave of up to 2 weeks without questions asked anytime we want, sometimes we do really take things for granted. Cheers to all company that supports work life balance and flexibility 💪

We always have this kind of planning kapag nagrelease na si HR ng calendar ng holidays. Paunahan na lang tlaga sa approval or combination of SL/VL para approved agad. Yung prioritization and assurance din ng travel is a must. Minsan kasi kapag friends kasama mo sa umpisa agreed sila then pagmalapit na mga nag back out na. This is one of the reason why I have to do solo travel din minsan.

Luckily talaga mas madaling mag VL pag nasa non BPO job, basta planned at walang affected work, sa BPO bukod sa kelangan mo file 2 weeks or more prior sa leave mo, subject for approval pa siya due to some circumstances. More travel vlogs JM!

Ang galing mo tlgang professional travel ka kaya pala un nag technique mo

Doable talaga when you work for a PH company kasi ang daming holidays. 😂 If you work directly for foreign companies, most of the time they follow the company's country holidays which are usually fewer compared to PH. 🥲 Also, since it's planned time, those on a budget might not always catch seat sales for the preferred dates. Pero really, ang galing mo JM for being able to manage your vacation! And I like what you said about the travels not necessarily needing to be long. Incentive na din to go back so just enjoy the travel. ❤

it’s good that your work schedule is Monday-Friday and you can also do WFH. For us who work Monday-Saturday we need to use VL for Saturday 😂

Thanks for sharing! downside though based on experience, mas mahal talaga ang airfare if may holiday. also parang di ko yata keri mag WFH (work from abroad? hehe) na as in full 8 hours in a day while on vacation. nasasayangan ako sa accommodation. But of course to each his own. :)

Kahit may vacation leave kami dati hindi namin magamit kasi toxic ung mga boss na pinapa-feel samin na ang kapal ng mukha namin gumamit ng VL 😂 (shoutout sa mga nasa accounting dept jan haha), I left that local company, went to bpo until I am now a freelancer tsaka ko lang na try mag travel and work sa ibang bansa without any stress 😊 13 days in SG and MY and I felt the freedom in my hands!

+plus na yung taga Manila ka. Hrs lang alloted sa flight. Kami from Leyte need 1day to and 1 pabalik hihi

Meron akong upcoming trip to Japan this November. I’m working for an American company kaya tinapat ko ng Thanksgiving and Black Friday which is kadikit ng weekends and ng holiday. 😊

Hoy grabe ang galing ako nga dati 20 vls hirap na iplano mga leaves tapos ikaw pak na pak sa 15 leaves may natira pa! Hehe

Sir Jm, was taking notes...pag dating sa 9:57, na stress ako bigla 🙃 kpi and deliverables.. 😵. Fighting 💪

Same with my 4 out of the country trips this year, 5 lang yung vl ko 😂

meanwhile yung kumpanya ko, earned leaves lang ang meron. 1 leave per month ahahay. so kung January, malabo yung maka-leave ka ng dalawa hehe. anyway, more travel vlogs!
