Does this also include negative beliefs repeated to you as I child? I was told quite a bit that my name was bad luck

@@aliceglass6141 Wth kind of BS is that? Anyone who tells a kid that anything about them is "bad luck", be it their name or whatever, is beyond the beyond in the world of hateful vibes. Especially since you were a kid and probably didn't have much in the way of feeling personally self-sovereign. I usually wanna slap such ppl so hard, because they're taking cruel advantage of a child's heart and vulnerable state. 😡😤

@@aliceglass6141 You're very welcome. I grew up dealing with a narcissistic grandmother. Nothing was ever good enough for her. Now I am dealing with a narcissistic coworker who is quite a bit the same. Working my way up through to self- sovereignty has been a very challenging experience. I still have my moments when I backslide. So when I hear of parents, narc or not, say things like you described, I admit, my hackles go up. Because in my book, there's no reason for that level of ignorance about the power of the Word.

I believe I was cursed before birth? I have 3 separate fathers to my children pass on... My father also passed away when I was 11. My first born passed at 3 days shy of 2 months old... I will definitely give this a try.... As a child I would have nightmares of being chased through the woods at night... I'm a huge empath and sometimes feel other people's emotions more than my own. To be honest i had no idea this was a gift until I grew older, I just assumed everyone had this quality inside of them... Animals are drawn to me especially cats and dogs... with this all being said, I've been doing some research and I'm wondering if maybe I'm a natural born witch??? Am I cursed for this reason??

I can relate. I had a very dark and traumatic childhood; lots of pain, lots of abuse of every different kind. So...fast forward a few years, and, not surprisingly, I ended up with a host of "disorders" - including night terrors as a child, an eating disorder, "panic disorder with 'separation anxiety'-" as well as *C-PTSD* . My nightmares, like yours, were like horror movies...and they were _also_ every 2 days, like clockwork, all the way into my 30s. (From childhood!!). And, on top of that, I was put on strong benzodiazepines like *Xanax* at age 17 (I had the panic disorder as a young child, from my childhood trauma; but wasn't diagnosed "officially" until the age of 17.) When I had _my_ spiritual awakening, I learned *Ho'oponopono* and started working with the mantra 3 x a day...for about 6 months. At that point, that's _all_ I did. I also forgave those who hurt me the _most_ as a child and as an adult... and, I learned to forgive myself, as well. And after repeating Ho'oponopono every day, three times a day, for 6 months, gone were the nightmares. Gone were the panic attacks I had been having at least 2 times a WEEK!!! Regularly. ❤💪 (Oh and they haven't come back!!! It's been 5 years now without a _single_ panic attack; and I can't recall the last nightmare I had!! 😃 It is, indeed, a good feeling when you finally learn that you can heal _yourself_ instead of relying on doctors who: 1) don't know what to do other than throw a barrage of different kinds of _pills_ at you (what I call "Symptom Management," lol); and 2) you realize that _you_ are, ultimately, your OWN healer. 🌸 I know that was a pivotal moment for me!!! 😃 know what you mean about feeling "cursed;" I definitely felt like that _too_ for quite awhile!!! 😂 ❤

@@siadawn same! I just got diagnosed with a whole bunch of things a few months ago. It helps knowing others are going through the exact same things I’m experiencing because I have a hard time knowing what real and what could be my mental disorders.

@@amandasmith4047 I'm sorry for the uber-late reply (!!); I didn't get the notification!! YT has been problematic for me for awhile now, in that regard LOL. But, don't worry too much about what may be "real" vs MENTAL; try alternative modalities such as REIKI or Ho'oponopono -also, even affirmations, I hear, are very helpful; but what worked for me was Ho'oponopono 3 times daily for 6 months. It seems "impossible" when you realize it's "only" a mantra; but I believe it's a powerful healing modality - and I really cannot attribute the radical transformational HEALING(S) I had to anything else; and certainly not the _medical_ profession; because I wasn't taking *any* medication of any kind for it anymore - nor even seeing a doctor for them anymore - and I overcame those very long-standing patterns *naturally* - and so I highly advise something similar if it's feasible for you. ❤ (Obviously, if it's something you feel is _serious_ then see a doctor; but a lot of things can be healed via natural modalities, imo.) No one deserves to suffer the way I did and the way you probably are atm!! Please let me know if there is any other way I can help...I love sharing knowledge and wisdom that I've gained; there's no reason to keep it all to oneself!!! I'd be happy to. We are all here to help one another; or as one of my favorite quotes of all time reads: "We are all angels-with only one wing; and we can only _fly_ by embracing one another." 🤗😇❤

Blocks of any sort happen when the energy is stagnant and needs to be moved . Whether it’s creative or emotional. I would suggest a movements practice. Ecstatic dance would be my go to. Put on some music that helps you move in a way that feels good to your body. And once you feel light and joyful, you could try a meditation connecting to the Fae Realm. Set an altar, with flowers if possible and come to a feeling of lightheartedness, a sense of whimsical energy and ask for guidance. This works for me everytime. I usually get a flood of ideas afterwards and just put pen to paper 📄

a lot of my stuff and baggage was ancestral not past life (wounded children, narcisstic/ co-dependent patterning, broken marriages, health issues etc) Actually realising this and not internalising and working on releasing it helped me. Some of this has been charged for years, generations etc. And they can be so heavy and dark. Most only focus on the light stuff in the community not the
