Not just india, Lawyers use motion to delay to extend time limit. It's common tactic amongst corporate lawyers, it gives them ground to work there shaddy shit. Entrie justice system needs to be reformed and democracy ain't gonna cut it.

There is no good justice in India. Especially in the cases of 498A, DV Act, 125 CrPc. Even if it gets proved false, still no penalty or imprisonment will be ordered for making fake cases.

How exactly? How many judges will you buy? There are people above you. Even Lalu Yadav couldn't buy himself out with ₹937 crore worth of scam money in 90s. It either takes HUMONGOUS amount of money, which probably only the top 0.01% has, or power, so much power that you can intimidate the judge or the other party.

We need AI in judiciary if 99% of the cases are somewhat similar then computers can elemenate 99% of the delay and judges can concentrate on the unique aspect, the delays are laughable rich can bare the expense but poor and middle class find it very difficult, the system still doesn't appear transperant we need to rely on the advocates. Many people i know have inherited court cases. If you go to any high court and ask people at random many easily say more than 20 years fighting for justice.

AI is based on statistical analysis and data taught. So teaching an AI judgement on what is actually right and wrong is very very difficult. Cause even though premises and set up of a case might be identical to another but judgement cannot be same. Yes minor cases like parking violation can be handled but keeping judges only for " peculiar" case might be an overstatement.

I still have this mind-boggling question that people and politicians so commonly say ' Jaake case karde koi pharak nahi padta - is that remarked so brazenly because our political system has many loopholes and justice gets delayed or because they know it will get swayed away in the loop of dates and court hearings that has no end. Courts are ideally to seek justice, but instead, they instill a sense of fear in citizens. Justice delayed is justice denied. The more the hearings the more money in the pocket.
