@Abhishek thakur anyone can be narcissist. Friend, brother, sister, neighbour, teacher, classmate, cousin etc. It's a personality disorder and any human can have it, regardless of the relationship. Mean no disrespect to anyone. Better identify and protect oneself.

Sorry for your condition. Narcissism is truly a curse of today's world. So many foreign psychologists have said about the same. If you have been the victim of narcissists in childhood then there are pretty high chances that you will attract them in later as well. Dr Ramani, the leading expert on this issue has mentioned about the same as well. Hope you recover well

I won't say ki men narcissist nhi hote but women narcissist are tough to deal with, they're good at hiding in plain sight.Unko ek distinct advantage hota hai ki they don't have to put too much efforts convincing others,log Vishwas kar lete hai. In my case it was my mom and I'm not ashamed to say this but it took me years to out ki ek jhooth ki zindagi jee rha hu. constantly blaming myself for her things sochta tha mai hi galat hu is tarike se conditioning ki gai thi meri. Bhot bure din dekhe depression, constant harassment,trauma, Embarrassment relatives k beech and what not. thankfully with some help from closed ones mai survive kar paya

even my father was a narcissits and toxic person and i hv faced such narcisst person in form of freind also finally she broke the years long freindship and put all d blame on me 😑 but after all i have survived and rise above all this 🙂. god has given me strength to handle this all.... NOTE :- FOR ALL YOU , you can"t change a toxic and narcissist person , better to ignore,or maintain a distance from them, and if does not work,then completely cut off them from your life🤗

For me, patience worked. I literally had a discussion with my husband. Very calmly I told him that we have to go to a psychiatrist. I said I will also see one. I usually get angry. I told him how miserable I feel with his behaviour. With time I clearly told him that he has a narcissistic approach towards everything, it's troubling me, I often felt like dying better than such stupidity. We are even now, he has some improvement since then. He asks me often "Do I really behave that/this way" also, he watched such videos related to narcissism, I have sent him. He is really improving, and not always but I feel he is a good human beneath.

But I felt in the beginning it can never be treated. Still I sometimes see that face for a second or two. But I talk about it. Pehle ghar gayi lad k to papa mummy beemar, pareshan. Yahan ye museebat. But thankfully, I prayed till my death to get through this without breaking this relationship and without making it a hype in society. I come from a very small town where my parents won't be able to survive, between such a negative society, if I go back. But they tried like anything, to make me come back home. But I was so stubborn that I couldn't have a broken relationship. This cannot happen to me.

I would recommend to leave or stay far from them if possible and start your beautiful life. My Mother is an Extreme Narcissist, I chose her instead of my father at the time of separation because My father fell for another woman because my mother behaved toxic with him Too... I mean every person on this planet who knew my mother in the family, nobody supported my mother because they all knew about her behaviour, I really did everything the whole 25 years after my father left us, to make her happy, but she never satisfied, always complaining, always criticising me, and when I found her Red handed she lied by saying she didn't done anything like that. I went to Depression at the last stage, I attempt suicide because I've never been good, She always blamed me abused me, Even After trying too hard, after following what she said, but always found myself guilty, wrong and the bad human on this planet. Because of always gas lighting me I reacted and then again went worthless and into guilt because How Can I react....

Unfortunately, i am diagnosed with Narcissism. When she broke up with me , I went vehemently violent . Felt a lot of pain for some days. Then I started to manipulate her. I was not hurt due to the break up, but I could not see her with Other boys. She was drained out . But , Thanks to God , She and I are fine now .

Suppressed feel karta tha, achanak ghost kar deti thi achanak milti thi achanak call karke royegi phir tension deke gayab ho jayegi. Aur thora sa bhi galati point out karo to mujhe hi aisa ehsas dilati thi ke main hi duniya ka sabse kharab insan hu. Wo to aisa bhi bolti thi ke humara break up huya to mere dost mujhe chhorke uska saath denge. Khair aisa to nehi huya in fact mujhe lastly samajh aa gaya ki uskey koi dost kyun nehi hain.

India me admiyo ke liye mushkil h isase bahar niklna. Sare laws admiyo ke against h, police, law, judiciary, society koi admi ko ni sunta. Aadmi matlab galat.

Me also faced this situation for a 1.5 years after marrying a girl whom I loved for 10 years... Now I m living with my parents.. she is with hers... It is very painfull..
