We need educated people in politics. List of Required Qualifications for selecting MLA's , MP's,etc 1. Graduation in Economics . 2. JEE type Test in Civics and Economics. 3. Aptitude Test in Math,Science. MLA salary is around 70000 per month but for engineers grads after completing formal edu upto 12th n then another 4 years of engineering writing exams each sem stressed out n end up getting 25000+ per month Majority of students from teir 3 colleges. So not fair, education n other parameters should be set for politicians as well.

The Police system should be reformed. And, every cops (from constable to DGP) should have a fixed time duration for being posted in a post. Before joining the post, they must get the time duration.

What do you think esucated people are more sensible towards law and order towards society towards common public and how corruption is the part of the system only because of Netas only does technicalities doesn't influence corruption like an example all the Rtos are online and digitised but still Rto officer s want to see hard copy of papers why because these educated people made system to rule and to dominate non educted but still some non educated people who become politicians after surviving so much problems and by their knowledge so how could you blame politicians But in ground reality most of the officers buerocrats are corrupted directly or indirectly

To remove corruption we have to change everyone's mentality towards it because some times local people requests MLA/MP to transfer these officers and MLA and MP do this for their vote bank . So something corruption originates from our surroundings .

This has happened. There was a time when we were had scooter and my neighbour has cd-100..5 years later he got a omni and a house..we still had the scooter and the official flat..it's has been 15 years...since then...they have 2 SUVs and few houses but their son is a drug addict. . Always remember..ap jaisa karoge waise hi apko milega.. . Bdw we have a splendor and a santro now..and we are happy and I am joining a prestigious college for higher education.

I feel IPS Sanjiv Bhatt deserves a mention here as well who has been sentenced to life imprisonment in some 30-year-old case for the custodial death during riots. He is the same person who had filed an affidavit against Modi in the Supreme Court regarding his role in the riots of 2002.

1) जनता अपने आप में भ्रष्ट हैं और गुलामी की मानसिकता में जिती भी हैं☺️ 2) जो ऑफिसर बनते हैं वो भी इसी जनता (समाज) से बनते हैं इसलीये ऑफिसर भी भ्रष्ट और गुलाम होते हैं☺️ 3) नेता भी इसी जनता (समाज) से बनते हैं जो मूलतः भ्रष्ट होते हैं और अपना मन चाहे वैसा राज करने की मानसिकता को लेकर ही इस कार्यक्षेत्र में एन्ट्री करते हैं☺️ और सबसे बेसिक बात ये हैं के इस जनता (समाज) में बदलाव नामुमकीन हैं💕

Investigation team(CBI, ED etc) State Police and Judiciary को सरकार के हसताक्षेप से बचाया जाए ताकी देश में हमेशा सच की जीत हो सके। पर इसके लिए बहुत बड़े जन आंदोलन की ज़रूरत है ताकी सरकारों पर दबाव बन सके इनको आज़ाद करने के लिए।

क्या करे सर जब अधिकारी नही सुनते है तो जनता और कर्मचारियो को मजबूरी मे नेताओ का सहारा लेना पड़ता है , कई कर्मचारी पुलिस विभाग मे अधिकारीयो के कारण भी आत्म हत्या कर लेते है फिर भी हर सिस्टम का लाभ और हानि होता है नमस्ते सर

Very insightful and engaging. One of the reasons for TN seshan to be powerful is the then PM Mr PV Narasimha Rao, under who's leadership all the institutions were strengthened. The first step for better governance is using the right to caste vote and doing it in a right way.

15:29. Security of tenure can also be very dangerous. Service people (especially ips) in such positions can act against the democratic institutions of our country. They may take actions against innocent elected representatives. In a not-so-worse case scenario, coups can become common. A situation like Pakistan or Thailand will thus be not far.

@@yashyadav7159 I don't think it's about everytime there is a transfer there should be a rule that transfer should be explained y it's happening in detail the person who is transferring a man knowing why they are doing it can write why they are doing it. Parliament doesn't need to be involved. The people who handle transfer will say y they decided to transfer

What do you think esucated people are more sensible towards law and order towards society towards common public and how corruption is the part of the system only because of Netas only does technicalities doesn't influence corruption like an example all the Rtos are online and digitised but still Rto officer s want to see hard copy of papers why because these educated people made system to rule and to dominate non educted but still some non educated people who become politicians after surviving so much problems and by their knowledge so how could you blame politicians But in ground reality most of the officers buerocrats are corrupted directly or indirectly

There is another way also---- IPS officers who are backbone of the police administration should not be under control of any one authority like state govt or central govt. For their premature transfers , approval of state govt as well as central govt should be obtained . If one authority has all the power over IPS officers then it may misuse it. It will prove to be well suited where state ruling party is not the central ruling party. In this way IPS officers may work with some independence and cannot be manipulated easily. Incidentally, why didnt we see any other T N SHESHAN for so many years? We need people like him .
