It’s a carbon fibre pole with a power conversion kit.

You need a Hi modulus carbon pole. More expensive, but more rigid. More control over what you’re doing with the pressure tool.

Looks great! But I do believe a treehouse is only classified as a treehouse if there is a live tree within the construction of the house. This looks like a guest house on stilts. Regardless what it is, you did a great job on it.
