Most people don't realize how dangerous working bulls is. This cowboy made it look simple, but he obviously has had years of experience and his bulls know him.

Very impressive video and great demonstration. It's the same thing with horses. You can teach a lot to a horse with this. I've caught horses that really didn't want to be caught by doing this. Never raise an arm to them, no whip, nothing but body.

I like to have all my gates set up for the bulls ahead of time. Its been my experience some mature bulls dont like being moved into a pen and have you stop them just to open the next gate for them. Steady pressure with the pen all set up.

flight zone (move smoothly but not fleeing) and balance point (where you position yourself), and using pressure to do these two things.

Who would have thought bulls could be moved like that. I would have given it a treat for being cooperative.

See now this is all good information, but I have 4 Brahman bulls that think they’re lap dogs. You enter the paddock and they come over and lay down for a belly rub, or they’re letting the kids jump on them and go for darn trail rides.

Excellent video. 0:38 ....that nice space that we need to be away from the animal 0:50:....then next thing is balance point 3:55...so when we are wanting to put them up for shoot...separate the one that want to fight from the ones that don't 5:08....dangerous business here....and while staying out of the way and working the gates...basically let one bull load the other bull
