Hi I'm doing the finance visa and I have a child on the app. I'm at the interview process but I don't have a application for the daughter and I didn't receive anything that I needed to fill out for her separately

Hello, I have a question not related to the video. "My fiance gets her tourist visa cancelled cause she wants to visit me again less than 6 months in between her last visit. In the airport they cancelled for suspension of her wanting to stay. (It wasn't, she didn't know that she had to wait 6 months between visits)" from that has passed more than 5 years and they are still together and applying for K1 now she is filling the form DS 160 and one of the questions ask Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time or otherwise violated the terms of a US visa? Since said violated they have the question if yes even though they didn't do anything wrong just the officer at the airport thinks that she wants to stay at that time.

Hello what about not include the kids for k1visa is that gonna be problem? Then now I file I-130 stepchild got approved is that gonna be problems? Please help

Thank you, but my case is a little different. I just filled out DS-260 for My Filippina wife, and I did state that we have a new child born after her I-130 was approved. And our child already received his CRBA (Certificate of Birth Abroad) and his USA passport. SInce my child is already a holder of a US Passport -- DO I have to include my child into my wife's DS260 or not? If YES, how should I include him? DO I need a separate DS-260 for him? I look into our NVC Account and I do not see a "ADD ANOTHER APPLICANT" option. Or should I just choose button YES in a question if a child is immigrating with wife? Warmest regards...

So if they get there visa down the road and you divorce in 5 years, do the person that brought the mom and kids have to pay child support?

you can schedule together with your kids after embassy gives you the go ahead, but you all need your own confirmation numbers from filling out the DS-160 form for each person going to the embassy@@ubah7047
