It's back together and finished. This is the last in the wall series. I try to focus on the ends and outs of sealing the wall and what we did to re-laminate this 2006 Winnebago Journey. Thanks for watching.

Very educational series. Thanks for the indepth education on how they put this together and issues all manufactures deal with in different ways. They try to make them as light and "pretty" as they can which is not always the most sturdy. Thanks again. Stay safe and healthy.

Good work! And proves to me that I made a wise choice purchasing a travel trailer built with Azdel sidewalls! I’ve seen way to many Travel trailers, 5th wheels, Class C’s & A’s with de-lamination due to water damaged luan walls & caps.🤦🏻♂️ Question is...why don’t owners regularly check seals ALL over their units? Cheaper to replace cracking/loose seals than having this kind of work done! Happy travels to all.

You're much better man than I as that is one heck of a job to take on. I have to say your repair is more than likely better than what that RV left the factory with. Absolutely great job. Very detailed explanation. A note about sealant compatibility. I notice you use silicone and urethane. Where the two types contact each other, you need to be careful. After 40 years as a commercial glazier, I learned that silicone will bond to urethane, but urethane will NOT bond to silicone. Learned this through compatibility tests and failed window installations. Amazing the amount of labor involved in this project. Again, great job!!
