Well, they won't get a book, so Orcs can only get better, Lizardmen will stay static. Lizardmen are cool though. Orcs get their release next, so if those are your choices then wait for more info? If you like monsters though, Dark Elves or Beastmen are a much better shout as both have a huge amount of variety of monstrous stuff...
