I like your point! I would ask you: what's the difference between the subconscious and the living universe?

The living Universe is another level of consciousness. First, you have your sensory input. Second, you have your ability to make sense of it. That is your consciousness. Then you have your wisdom, and that is your subconscious. Then there is your universal consciousness as Carl Jung taught. Then there is your amala consciousness, which is the same as the mind of the living Universe. The dreams we have while sleeping also come from our amala consciousness. The appearance of omens is a manifestation of our amala consciousness. Any visions we might have are manifestations of our amala consciousness. The amala consciousness of the Universe speaks to us through whatever oracle we are using. Ultimately speaking, the conscious Universe exists as much within us as it does outside us. Ultimately, there is no separation. In Buddhism, that is called esho fune, which means the unification of the self and one's environment. If the Universe were not alive and conscious, it would be impossible for oracles to work. But since the Universe is alive and conscious, and as long as you handle your oracle properly, the answers we receive through our oracles are 100 percent accurate 100 percent of the time. This is because there is nothing that the Universe does not know about itself.

I understand that the living universe, the conscious and subconscious are the same, once you become lucid :)

This is a great question. We were just talking about this in my class on Monday. I would be able to teach you over a comment, but the general idea is presence with what is showing up. The more presence and surrender to the energies that show up, the more subtlety you will have in discerning them, but it's something that grows over. Something cool about being present with your experience is that you begin to see how complex things really are. The ego is appreciated as a complex whirlpool of fluid dynamics of so many influences that are connected to everyone and everything in your life.

I understand how one can feel disappointed with such an approach, but personally I find exactly that approach to be the most appealing to someone like myself, i.e. a person who believes in some sort of divininity but does not treat divine as supernatural, rather an integral part of the reality. Something that we are all connected to via being part of the same reality, existing within the same medium of matter and energy, if you will - with body and spirit being the part of the same reality, even if divided into different stages/dimensions of it. If one so believes, one can find it convincing that our contact with the "source" (however we define it - internal or external, material or metaphysical) can occur simply through the interplay of our brain activity, ourselves as organised matter and information, with a Tarot deck - also being a peace of organised matter and information - providing us with a stimulus. I do not find it sad or disappointing if my Tarot reading is just a conversation with myself, because I as myself emerge from the infinite universe. I find the perspective unifying, rather than reductionist. But then again, I've always shunned Platonism as something that has hurt the Western understanding of reality and human condition, by e.g. paving the way for the Christian philosophers to separate the soul from the body and make us (boradly speaking) shun the latter for the benefit of the former. In a way, I find it a bit self-contradictory when Joe integrates Platonism with several Eastern philosophies that seem to be its polar opposites, but it could be just my ignorance of each other's intricacies. He certainly encourages one to learn more.

This is a good questions. There's different theories for and against it. One theory is that they are tapping into the sign itself through the cards instead of the astrology. Readings done for the collective are just that though, so it's always good to be cautious with those.

When the same cards show up again and again it's amazing. When I first began studying tarot I was so confused why this kept happening. 😂

Energies arnt just electromagnetic ,kinetic, thermal etc it can also be spiritual nor mystical etc our science isnt huge enough to understand it and hes reffering to it
