Experential Anatomy helped me understand my bones and muscles and how movement is effects them. I has helped me be a much better yoga therapist.

Thanks for sharing! This topic is no doubt something we should highlight when teaching classes. I've found that a lot of practitioners (maybe some teachers, too.. ) tend to put too much strain on that joint when twisting
