Honestly I think Evan is being pretty fair by only asking for 50%. He did 80% of the work so really he deserves 80% of the company profits. Alia deserves 10% for reading a script on camera and 10% for being the face of the company.

It's also likely that her likness for marketing purposes may have been held under the company he owns half of. Though if that isn't the case and if she isn't using company asset to make new stuff than yes they should be her.

Since all this drama came about, and KZfaq after taking so long to deal with it (and it was a slap on the wrist at best) I have stopped my Premium sub and cancelled all my Join subs. I am now using all the apps/extensions I can to block KZfaqs ads and I will support any content creator I enjoy by direct donations or buying merch. F KZfaq.

This is proper course even on sites outside of YT. All these platforms are greedy little thieves that do nothing but make using the platform more obnoxious, promote constant double standards of their creators, and skim money that by all rights should be going to the people who actually put in the work on their sites to make it what it is. If I truly want to support a creator, I do direct dono whenever possible, as it ensures they see the largest percentage of my money.

The SSSniperwolf legal responses are basically saying don’t think about things the usual legal logical way, just look at things differently because we say so with no actual legal arguments to back it up. I think these legal filings will come off as insulting to the court. Breach of contract issues should not be determined in family court.

She deserves all of this. She literally gas lit another creator into changing how she talks because sniperwolf stole her accent and it's crazy. Her little followers harassed a girl to change the way she naturally talked because sniperwolf tried telling people she stole sniperwolf's accent and was trying to be her. When in fact sniperwolf stole the accent and the way she did videos. Oh can't believe I almost forgot about the little girl who wanted to talk to sniperwolf who was very sick. I don't fully remember what happened there but I'm pretty sure she told her that she would call to talk to her and then was too busy doing nothing. I dont remember if she talked to the little girl or not before she passed away. Just so messed up sniperwolf is a horrible person.

I’m pretty confident that a motion to dismiss isn’t heard by a jury or anything. Pulling the weird riddle shenanigans (that wouldn’t work for a jury anyway) exclusively for a judge seems like a great way to antagonise and show your low opinion of the person that is making the decision of whether you win or lose.

The problem with their bat and ball anology is that, if they are trying to imply he isnt worth 1/2 of the earnings, because many would say that sausage boy is actually the bat in that anology. He wrote the scripts and provided the gameplay etc. Shes the ball that wouldnt have went far without the bat. 😂
