yeah, glitter just doesn't go away. we used it for my little brother's birthday party years ago (glitter filled balloons which inevitably got popped) and it's still in between the kitchen tiles on the floor, which nothing we've tried got rid of.

I've never seen a popcorn maker like this, we would just use a sauce pan when I was a kid and stir it while the oil heats to prevent burning, then we upgraded to the kind that would plugin that looked like a thermus with a spout on the top.
