Thanks sir very informative. I have a question pl reply that i got adblue bypass done its reprogrammed on my ml350 mb. Will the regenration of DPF remain in the system? I am concerned that it may get choked if the regen is not their. Does bypass has any kind of negative effect on DPF OR the system can still take care of it after the bypass.

Sir mere paas swift diesel hai subah subah thori bahut missing hai lekin problem yeh hai k usme exaust se smell achhi nahi a rahi jaise ki ek truck mein aati hai kya karan ho skta hai

Please reply to my Query :- Agar DPF regeneration service centre me ho raha hai scanner lagake means engine ko 2500 rpm pe 30 mins tak neutral me chalake to kya uss case me Engine oil change karna chahiye DPF regeneration ke baad ? Because jaha taka mene padha h ye process engine oil ko dilute karta hai. Lekin Kia ke authorised service centres me DPF regeneration ke baad oil change recommend nahi hai. Still for safe side me apni Diesel Seltos ka engine oil har 5000 km pe change karta hu.

Sir agar D P F ko clean kar nai kai liya hum gadi jo 60 ki speed par jo engine ka R P M hota hai woh 3ya 4 thousand hai wohyaad rakh kai har car ko ek jaga Khadi kar kai 4 thousand r p m tak gadi accelerator lock kare tho bhi gadi ka D P F filter mai 600 degree tak temperature honga na thi filter clean ho jai ga service center mai bhi shayad asa he clean honga, please agar ap ko samja toh reply karo ....

Hi sir I have bought bs6 model traveller in 2020 just after lock down. I have many new things/challenges in this very first bs6 model force tempo traveller 17 seater. In January 2023 after running 148k DPF light was on but regeneration process was not completed using switch . Later we sent it to Jabalpur service station, but they only cleaned and reinstalled . Now, 2 days ago driver reported that adblue light is on but adblue is full noted that we got this vehicle services at Patna location at kms 152k Now today while driving from prayagraj to Ayodhya DPF light switched on , and i told driver to follow process on video call. And also told him to keep pace at least 60kmph . Because it's only 2 lane so he tried to keep the speed in between 50 to 60kmph and he reported that after 10km light was off . Now he is in ayodhya, so i just want to know if the manual regenerate process is completed or if it will again disturb us. Pls advise what to do if it happens again?

Isn't this too early to regenerate dpf because customer will be annoyed to do this every 400-500kms. I work with MB and we have seen cars running over 5000kms and experienced no dpf regeneration process.

Are bhai help karo...mere scorpio S5 bs6 model me same problem as Gaya hai. Service wale bol rahe hain 90 Hazar lagega...ab kya kare? Gaadi 4 mahine bhi nahi chala aur ye problem as Gaya. Hume pata hi nahi tha, kyunki service walon ne bataya nahi ki Aisa bhi kuch hota hai. So frustrated. Gaadi Ko highway par dauda kar dekh Liya hai. Mileage problem thik nahi ho Raha. Hum log soch rahe hain consumer court jaane k liye. Ya insurance cover me ye hoga. Humne Liya tha. Reply soon

Sir, Cummins and Leyland ne bs6 heavy vehicles mein dpf regeneration ke liye button de diya hai. Jisse exhaust mein Diesel fire hota hai temp badane ke liye. Or wo suggest karte hai ki gaadi side mein rok kar hi ise dabayen for safety...
