NEP 2020 is a very great initiative but to make this effective, the government should increase their investment. They should work on revamping the schools. States should learn from Kejriwal. Plus, they need to increase teacher's salary enough to compete with private schools. It's a harsh reality that the center is allocating very less budget required for education. Given the population of India, the center should allocate at least 6-8% of their GDP towards education. This is a very critical sector where the government should be prepared to take losses. Also, the education doesn't finish at 12th. While the center has increased the number of IITs, the education provided in these industries is still not competitive enough to get employed in corporate sectors. I believe that there should be 4 practical classes and 1 theory class for a subject in a week.

The medium of instruction should be our own Mother tongue. All our textbooks should be written in our languages. Here in Northeast,we are in pain. We are not getting the education we needed because of the language that we used for the medium of instruction. We hate English. English is ruining us. Many Childrens like me didn't get proper education because of this English. When will we answer with the questions with our own thoughts and when will rote-learning stop?
