How employers monitor employees working remotely

The pandemic has forced many employers into having their employees work from home. Some managers are skittish about this and monitor remote work through the devices you use.

I agree that automated productivity and activity logs and alerts are more effective and less intrusive than actual active screen monitoring.

My trainer needed an image of my drivers license and was able to eastly access my home P.C. to look for an image. Freaked me out! Not cool man!

@@AdoreNior that's because the employee gave the trainer access, he allowed his screen to be shared. He also gave the trainer permission to look for the driver's license.

I am mostly concerned with my bosses hearing what is being said in my household. personal stuff, I have a work issued laptop and I would like to disable the mic from spying on whatever is said in my house.

yes, it really depends on the employer. But they could easily track everything, literally
