The el primo one is meant to be ' the first'. They put primo which means 'first' in italian but not in spanish. They added the 'el' part to make it sound mkre spanish

The idk guy is right, it's probable that the devs put "Primo" (first in italian) instead of "Primero" (first in spanish) by a simple mistake, he isn't saying that he's Italian
