Beating Dreadbloon with a Brand New Account as Fast as we can. We have to unlock every monkey and tons of upgrades to beat all 5 tiers of this boss bloon. And if that wasn't enough, we'll try to get a Speedrun record while we're at it.
@PunjiBTD6 Challenged me (and other KZfaqrs) to boss speedruns, though his run was MUCH faster than mine.

@@csluciano75 yeah, but grinding the exp is nt really all that fun, doing 4 impoppable cubism runs with only ace and sauda isnt that fun in my opinion

@jman_soup7981 I just set up deflation runs and every so often set up another, usually play rocket league or a mobile game while waiting

I think the best way to farm xp early is to do deflation and spamming one tower and maybe an 032 wizard in the back

I think playing on hard is still better because of the last 20 rounds

@@layers3458 ik hard is better but deflation is better if you want to go afk and if you’re not as experienced at the game but I know hard is better for getting xp quicker

@@layers3458you do get a lot more XP on hard but Deflation runs are a lot quicker. Thus tower XP per hour is better for knowledgable players on Deflation than Hard.

I have another concept for this: how many attempts does it take to beat bloonarius, but you start the challenge with 0 xp on monkeys? The idea is that you unlock the boss event by using only heroes like sauda to unlock the boss event and then you go into the boss event with only the tutorial xp and monkeys unlocked and see how many attempts it takes to beat the boss. This would be much more painful challenge but I think it might be fun to see how you optimise getting as much xp as possible with the least tries

Sauda costs too much mm. Maybe it would be better to play on normal map with 1 type of tower, and ban that tower in boss bloon(eg. only mortar in normal maps but no mortar in boss bloon)

It's a fun idea, but it might be a little boring playing the same map over and over again knowing you can't win so just farming for XP

Is there any specific reason why you didnt place an ice monkey during the dreadbloon fight to get at the very least an embrittlement, do boss events not give you xp or something? Awesome video btw, would love to see the same for other bosses

xp is distributed based on tower cost so the ice monkey would be getting zero xp next to all those overdrives and first strikes

for everyone wondering when HBOMB stream this. It was on May 22th 2023. Also I'm lazy to grind monkeys on expert maps so I just go to Deflation Mode and grind. Sure I know I'm getting low XP but this is what Lazy players do.

Tip : Don't buy heroes, buy powerups instead, they're quicker. Starting with more money is always better than gradually getting more, since there's banana farms making more money than the hero itself
