All the controversies aside, as a WC fan and a visitor of Qatar WC, the facilities were extremely good, the accomodation was extremely clean and hygienic and the transportation was extremely organized and free. Quite impressive. The only drawback of Qatar is they are charging very high for water even inside the stadium. Except this everything is great.

I dont understand why all indians are only crazy about cricket than other games like football, Basketball, TT and many more. I think we should develop a craze and respect to other games too. As its FIFA going and Indian team is not in it, i fell bad and only watch to see messi and ronaldo. I think all games are great and we should play all games and Indian should make there players to match the level of world cup and then we will enjoy a worldcups of other games. When i was kid i like playing cricket as all my friends used to play and felt its best game, But when i went to school i liked playing football felt its the Best game, After few months the new Basketball coach came and he taught us, i tried Basketball felt its best game. Then, I went to University and i tried TT, volleyball in hostel and my friends taught it, then i found these are the best game. Now i have a longlist of games that i have to try...... So i conclude that we like games in which we enjoy with friends and which we know to play. So i think every student/child should learn to play and try all games. Then only we can experience the beauty of all games and enjoy it and come out the cricket craziness, and this will only be the method by which we will found great player and teams in differrent games to represent INDIA in worldcups and olympics. Qatar is the best hosting country who managed the FIFA WORLD CUP better than any other countries... I am in Qatar from last 3 months just to join the event.. I am satisfied.. all the stadium are near to each other and located just in one city DOHA. So no need to change location, accomodation, flight from one state to another state.. All the stadiums are half an hour away from any destination in Doha.. Haya card holder has the free transportation..high tech metro station. Love you Qatar for given us the experience with the most comfortable world cup event in history..

1. Standard framework is required 2. Extensive research and paperwork. 3. Cost impact vs benefits (social, community, future, environment, and human development). 4. Money is not everything there are other areas which should be considered and included in the list mentioned in pint no. 3 above. 5. Fifa should participate financially with the Host country in developing infrastructure and ensure that all facilities will be used after the event for promoting sports, education, health and community development.

The World Cup in Qatar has given employment to many of our unemployed youth in South Asia.I have worked in Qatar Metro and Khalifa Stadium for seven years.Our company does not force us to work and always says safety is fast.I am earning very good money in Qatar with that money now I am in Portugal.I am grateful to Qatar

It's really nice information from druva... FEW POSITIVE POINTS FROM FIFA HELD IN QATAR. 1. Here Indians are more so now I assume there will be a positive effect in Indian sports. Maybe football will start to get focus in India also like cricket. 2. Before mostly western people used to think GCC was not a safe place to travel. Now their mind will change & think positive. 3. Qatar has got recognition, as a safe country which will be better for tourism income. 4. As Qatar is already the richest country, so profit in money vise not so important. On the safe side, Qatar has built 2 stadiums as 1 fully dismantled & 2nd to reduce the capacity after FIFA
