Recently I've started working out at home... Earlier I didn't do any physical exercise and my productivity was so low but after I started working out I felt motivated toward my studies naturally.. A little physical movement of your body really really helps you concentrate better and keeps you naturally happy.

@@gamerscove7426I do hips & thighs exercises; calisthenics; shoulder, back & bicep workouts. The most useful one is calisthenics as it builds your inner strength as well as resistance and is very easy to do at home without any equipment. As for biceps and shoulder exercises I use resistance bands and for hips & thighs a yoga mat or simply the floor would do its work.

Yes, so good! When I lived with my brother, he was like, “Why do *you* work out?” Because I am thin and in shape compared to him and his wife, and I said, “Because I want to let my body know that I’m not done with it, I still need it for my goals in the future, it is not dismissed.” I used to work at a nursing home, and after that experience, I strongly believe that we need to keep dreaming and keep pursuing our dreams until the day we die, because when you stop living, you start dying. I have no intention of ending up in a nursing home ever. I am going to keep living until it’s over. Thank you for sharing this inspiring information! I love your perspective! 🙌

This video really made me think about what physical activity i would actually enjoy doing. I hate running, i am afraid of going to the gym, im not good at contact sports...and then you mentioned walking and i realised i actually love hiking, i like really enjoy in it. The problem is that i have motivation to go on walks only when i have my dog with me. i have a border collie mix and they are known to be really active. I just started university and i live at dorms on other side on country, sadly my dog had to stay at home with my parents. So now that im here at uni, i dont have the motivation to go hiking because i cant enjoy it with my dog :/

honestly i hate the gym. i started 11 days ago because my doctor AND my physical therapist told me i had to and i still don't get why people love it so much, i don't feel like i got endorphins, i don't feel like i have more energy nor i see or feel a physical change, it only makes me tired and it makes me fall asleep while i'm trying to study even though i'm getting like 7 - 8 hours of sleep, i even eat healthy lol. i do get the part of building endurance, i have pretty bad anxiety and i've pushed myself to finish the sets even when i felt like everyone were laughing at me, so i definitely confirm you are right

Your advices really works... I'm really thankful that I found your channel because it's really relatable And i've a request: can you please make a video about time management...like for me a day seems to be very short a can't really manage all the things I wanna do . I can't really keep up my hobbies or things a wanna learn with my academics. How to manage school life and social life??

Hey Jun, I really appreciate you putting this video out. While watching, I truly did gain a lot of inspiration to become more consistent with exercise. My issue is that I've always felt guilty for taking the time to work out, because I always think about that time being taken away from my academics. Is there any positive affirmations you like when/if you ever feel this way? Like I actively tell myself I'm wasting time while running/hiking/climbing, in my head. I have so much pressure from school and work that it feels like I need to sacrifice my workouts. I also struggle having a regular day that allows for exercises . I'm a midwifery student and when I'm at a birth for 24 hours straight, the rest of my week gets thrown off and this also suppresses my motivation.

Can you do a video about sleep and when to sacrifice it to study, or do a workout, or get other things done? And also how to still have a productive day when you havent had enough sleep. I work 9-5 with on call from 5pm-9am Mon-Mon once every month, and am taking two online courses. Even without my oncall, I feel like the evenings during the week get taken up really fast by day to day tasks. By the time those tasks are done, it's after 8pm, and then i end up studying late, and it's not always super productive because i may have no energy at the end of the day, and then it's hard to get up early because ive stayed up late to trying to study, and then i have to work the next morning. And when it comes to socializing and physical activity, that usually takes up my weekends. So I feel like I should get up earlier to study in the morning before work and on the weekends, but I feel so tired in the morning because I also feel like i have to study late in the evening, plus sometimes I do try to squeeze in some exercise in the evenings which then means I have to study later. With that said, do you sacrifice sleep to study late and study first thing in the morning? Do you sacrifice sleep to get a workout in every day? If so, how do you still be productive with not enough sleep and low energy? Thank you for all your supportive videos!

Also, I don’t know if you will see this question, but I was told once that keeping your physical balancing ability strong positively affects your ability to learn new things. So I like to have some balancing exercises in my workouts. But I was wondering if you know if that’s true. I do still learn things well, but I’m not sure if that’s why.

I think my worst obstacle for fitness life is time. I know that we have time, and we must do the time for exercise, but sometimes it's just worst because I fall behind my tasks and regret it :(

I've been going to the gym pretty consistently, but I've been struggling to balance both, I'm always mentally exhausted after a session and I am unable to focus on my uni work, any tips ?

Take adequate sleep of 7-8hrs at night and don't put any mentally or physically exhausting tasks in your timetable after your workout... Just relax and do comforting things like taking a warm water bath or massage your body after your workout session. Take a healthy amount of sleep and don't overdo any exercise. If you're a beginner take it slow and that's how things gonna work in your favor. I hope it helps!!
