On January 20th, 2023, officers responded to a car theft. One of the witnesses told the police that juveniles had used a crowbar to break in and steal the car. The other officer attempted to collect fingerprints from the cup. Shortly after, another team of officers, who were following the stolen vehicle based on the description provided by dispatch, attempted to investigate it. Soon, the owner of the vehicle arrived to get his car. Meanwhile, the other officers were interrogating the two girls. The officer tried to explain the situation to the juvenile suspect. One of the officers attempted to contact the foster parent of the suspect's friend. The other two girls were not released to their parents; instead, they were taken to juvenile centers. Meanwhile, the officer and the juvenile worker attempted to reason with the other female. Denise was charged with runaway, while Maria was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Additionally, Irissa was charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

He is doing what all parents should be doing. Holding her accountable and letting her find out the hard way. My step son is a thief. Steals from his own mother! How low do you have to be to steal from family?! My mom won't even let him over at her place anymore. She cisits him at our place and locks her purse in the car. And he's never going to learn because his mom won't press charges and his dad just doesn't want to deal with it and puts his fingers in his ears saying "lalalalalalalala" so he doesn't have to step up. They both get mad at him but then he doesn't suffer ACTUAL consequences. Taking away his video games? Freakin weak! If he steals from me, I'm calling the cops and pressing charges! I'd do it for ANYONE even my own flesh and blood! Covering for your kid does nothing to help. It HURTS them more.

@@ostlandr and hopefully once that happens, it'll be an eye opener to how dad provided everything he could for her. It'll be the best lesson she can learn: life is fvcking hard and you will not always have daddy there to take the blows time and time again. At some point, the responsible thing to do is let your kids learn the hardest lessons possible, even if it means relinquishing them to the state in the form of jail, juvenile detention, or cps/foster homes. Let them learn the hardest way. If that doesn't work, then they are a lost cause and you can't just enable them because "that's my kid". You let them go and you shut off every privilege, financial assistance, and free amenity you once provided and let them figure shit out on their own. Then pray to God they sort their issues out and learn from their past actions....or hope they at least never end up killing someone else in their spiral.

That's actually crazy. That one girl lost her dad on this day. You can see her start to cry when the officer tells her that her dad doesn't want her anymore and she's going to CPS. That must be awful to be such a bad person that your dad literally says "I don't want you anymore". Reality is tough. Hope she can get her life back on track.

For example, studies have found that children from single-mother households are 5 times more likely to commit suicide than children from both unbroken households and single-father households, 9 times more likely to drop out of high school, 10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances So there is a good reason why single mothers get the hate.

He was in for 12 years and then decided not to make a career out of it. He became a police officer for Veteran Affairs and then after he was with the VA for several years switched to a Law Enforcement Department with Homeland Security. He will be 50 this year and he’s told us so many times how grateful he was for us giving him that ultimatum. On his first leave home from the Navy he met up with the guys he had been hanging around. He was back home in 30 minutes, we asked him how come he was home so early. He replied “ I didn’t realize how immature they were. I'm just going to say it. None of us know what's really going on in that family. Some kids respond to strictness, some don't. My own kid was spiraling out of control at 12. She's highly gifted but was on a path to flunk repeatedly. I started getting stricter and stricter with the discipline. She got WORSE. Finally, I took a huge chance and sent her to a summer camp, a huge perk for her where she had a chance to do advanced course work. It completely turned her life around...she did an entire year's worth of Algebra in just a few weeks. Bottom line, if what you're doing isn't working, you need to try something else.

It's a problem that needs to be addressed. Women will tend to get much lighter sentences, and then minors only get tried as an adult when someone passes away(tip toe around censors). This is why more youths are commiting crimes and getting super light sentences. I support equality!

@jestaman3356
@jestaman3356 Ай бұрын
I think the father was actually showing lots of red flags. He started tooting his own horn for adopting the girl as a baby. Dude thinks he is a fucking saint because of it. Adopting/having a child doesn't make you a good person, and definitely doesn't magically make you a good parent. I guarantee he has used that line on the daughter, about how ungrateful she is and how if it wasn't for him, she'd be dead. He also has too much pride to get help from the government, since he proudly claimed he doesn't use food stamps. The girl has no mother and has no other family. The dad made it clear she has been getting in trouble lately and going down the wrong path, and his idea is to let her know he doesn't want her anymore? Great idea! The girl will feel even more lonely and inadequate now. Really helping her self-esteem there, father. Of course the girl has fucked big time, but neglecting her will not magically make her become a mature adult. It often does the exact opposite, and sends the child further down the wrong path. As you said, this whole video is just a tragedy. All these kids are lost and going down the wrong path. It's really really sad and my heart goes out to them all.
