I guess there are so many Ugandans having their loved ones buried on the same day Kato Lubwama was who have not got anything like "ebbaasa okuva ewa President." What Ugandans need to know is that these selective gratifications come from the tax payer's money and and as such the handouts are tantamount to state bribery which in civilized societies can trigger criminal charges against the person of the President for mismanagement of public funds with intent to bribing voters! Favoritism is also a criminal act! Museveni of the 80's could call such acts "backward" and "obscurantic"! Bannayuganda muzuukukeeko! George M. Kigozi(Munich, Germany).
