Am glad u are teaching the men how to cook. Now the is another thing u need to teach them too and I don't know if u know how to do that ur self. Cleaning the bathroom, the kitchen and the hole house. I have realised most Ghanaian men don't know how to do that.

Again, one of the short falls with regards to your cooking is that you do not give time when A will be added to B and so on. But you just cook it your way and maybe if one try it at home, he/she might not get the desire taste as expected. Incorporate time to add what and what time to do what in your next cook. Thanks

My issue has to do with the fresh tomatoes 🍅. When grinding it for stew or raw meko for banku, try to take away the seed in tomatoes and compare it with the blended tomatoes with it seed in it and then thank me later. Note that tomatoes with it seed blended together gives a sour taste which is very bad. Thumbs up in all.

Well done but ur palm oils are not correct zomi my dear, stop misleading some of us, correct zomi will foam up Lyk foamy water wen it’s hot n u put onion inside. As my native oil, dis is the simplest tin u need to know, for ur correct zomi 🙏🏽

Uve said it all and said it well. But then the correct pronunciation of the red oil in our ewe dialect is Dzomi and not zomi as pronounced by a lot of people. But in all Kay u did a gud job.. thumps up 👍👍😋😋
