I have aspergers, diagnosed at 12. My psychiatrist told me to get on disability and push carts at public. I was a super cringey kid, but from working hard and learning how to socialize I actually got into a relationship with this incredibly pretty girl in freshman year of high school. I just talked to her super well off the bat, didn't try too hard. I think that's confidence, feeling like you don't need to force anything. Confidence is the belief that you are all you need- that no external thing is necessary for you. On the flip side of that coin, is that there is so much in the world to experience. I can't believe I dated that girl, a cuban gothy girl named Natalie. On our first date, we made out in an elevator in barnes and nobles. I was pretty overweight and honestly awkward internally, but I carried myself well and I got better at flirting. We only dated for 4 months, but I was rarely single after that. I have never settled for a girl that I don't find attractive. And I don't just mean physical looks, but personality, intellect, perspective is all attractive. This mega sperg, that was bullied relentlessly from grades 1-6, has been married for 2 years to a 10/10 and everyone says "how did you end up with someone so out of your league?!?" I never pretended to be anyone but me. I am a crybaby, I am an introspective dude, I am a weightlifter, I am a cinemaphile, I give my money away to those that need it and I have a job I love in the health care field. I have given dying men cpr and saved their lives. I have talked people out of suicide. I was suicidal myself at a time, and I stopped self harm. I have lived a thousand lives. I have a 4 year diploma and we are trying for a baby. I am 26, and I am alive. And the craziest thing, I quit League of Legends. Edit: we are expecting a child in September! We just bought a townhouse as well. We are so blessed. Thank you all for the positive comments. I wish the best for everyone here.

key takeaways 1. have courage - you can do the action even if you feel scared. - rejection is better than regret 2. be honest and upfront - this builds trust and a connection - being authentic makes you able to connect with them too 3. (how to talk to girls?) have exciting conversations - be playful and tease her - avoids dryness & interview - show your ambition, don't be afraid to show your pride

"You can't be scarred of rejection, because regret hurts more than rejection." That line is about the most true statement you can find out of the whole video. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to approach a girl and didnt, then beat myself up and got depressed afterwards. If I had one piece of advice to my younger self it would be this, just try, you'll regret it if you don't.

@D34DB34T honestly in a lot of young guys heads, the mindset is unfortunately set to oneitis. And that fear of getting obliterated by a girl overcomes the norm which is a way less intense rejection. “You can’t be scared of rejection because regret hurts more than rejection” those are some wise words and I can confirm that they are very true. Last year I waited too long for the “right moment” and I spent most of the days daydreaming about the conversation that would win her over, and I never did anything. Now I realize that I never did anything last year and I got nowhere with her, she still isn’t my friend and I haven’t talked to her. Now I am lucky enough to be a the “right moment” and I just can’t let this opportunity slip especially since it has already been set up for me. I know that if I let this opportunity slip I will regret it.

I really like your point about how rejection and pain gets easier the more you're exposed to it. I think it's also a reason why successful and amazing people first went through a lot of failure and rejection; they persevered through the pain and no longer have anything holding them back from being the best version of themselves and pursuing what they truly want. If any and all paths can lead to failure, and most of your life is completely outside of your control and understanding, why fear failure and rejection when its inevitable and will only make you a better person in the long run?

I used to hate small talk but as I got older, I learned to accept it. I thought something was wrong with me for not asking boring questions, so I learned to talk small. This video was very validating to me. I don't ever want to have small talk with someone again. To me, you are the first indicator that people like creative conversation. I realize I've been living in fear, thinking people wouldn't like what I actually want to say.

It’s used to hate small talk too, but now I love it. It’s my favorite way to connect with someone because it’s basically an art form. Small talk is not actually about the content of what you’re talking about. It’s about everything else…vibe, tonality, body language, etc. So if you can hav fun with small talk knowing it that it’s really not about what you did over the weekend, and actually use that to your advantage, the ability to be able to spin a conversation like that into something fun and flirty is amazing. It’s a skill.

Small talk isnt about the words you say, normally yes, very mundane. Small talk is about the vibe you create with a person using very open, non polarising common topics to create good connections with said person so you can delve into deeper more meaningful conversations in future. But you can't get to deep conversations without the small talk first. It's an essential skill and really should be enjoyed because it's establishing first contact with someone.

Since then I don’t even need to approach girls half the time, a lot of times they just come to me. Was literally in the club two days ago and a two girls approached me, Turns out acne significantly affects your looks, I went from a solid 3 out of 10 to a 7/8 now. For the first time in my school life, I actually mustered up the courage to confess to a girl I like (and she just so happens to be one of my friends). She didn't like me back, but she said things like: - "I've actually known since the beginning that you liked me." - "Sorry if I don't feel the same way. I hope you're not hurt by that, and I assure you that we are still friends." - "Thank you for the affection and deciding to confess your feelings. I appreciate that you didn't just stay there in the background." I am happy with the way things turned out. The two of us then left the grandstand and walked across the football field chatting about random shows we watched. Although, when we returned to the classroom and people found out what happened, the boys won't stop teasing me by saying, "Damn, you just got rejected. You're a fallen comrade, bro."

Never confess your feelings. It NEVER goes the way Hollywood would have you believe it might. Women love a dude who is mysterious, hard to read, unpredictable. By confessing your feelings you are literally killing the thrill of the verbal foreplay. You want to keep her guessing. Once she's 'got' you, you're done. She's onto the next one who is a challenge.

Damn. I really needed this, I'm 21 and I've been single since Jan, got out of a 2 yr relationship and went thru a lot of healing and personal journey to get to a certain level of self improvement and I realized I was getting stuck in this "Oh I'm focused on myself, that's why I'm closed off to other girls-" bs 😂. Had a girl leave me her number recently, and found myself just in that whole 'interview' exactly how he described it but with more confidence and slightly more teasing but definitely not on the level it should've been on and I'm not surprised she stopped talking to me (I take that L, lol) Getting 'back into the game' I realize I'm doing this completely wrong by trying small talk. I've been listening to way too many red pill accounts just out of boredom and honestly think it's been warping my perception of dating and talking to women. I've been big on not rushing anything and letting it form organically but this video just perfectly described how to make it flow organically, thank you so much Hamza! Honestly if any other youtuber had a video titled this, I wouldn't have watched it. As it'd feel a bit redundant. But you got the experience, the flow, and you never fail to disappoint. One of the reasons I like your videos so much is cause you put the viewer on the spot! and it's awesome.

I also have Asperger's... But, it seems to me that a lot of these videos make all kinds of assumptions. "We'll assume that you're already out on the scene, and looking." "We'll assume that you have a wingman." "So, we'll assume that you already have a good circle of friends, most (or all) of whom are well-versed in this stuff." "We'll assume that you already have some skills in 'talking to girls', and just want to improve." "We'll assume that you regularly go to parties - rather than watching videos like this, and thinking, 'WTH would I be doing at a party?'" Finally - and here's the kicker - we'll assume that you ALREADY have the so-called 'real man' mindset, and just need a bit of encouragement to maintain it. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Hamza - I believe that you are sincere in presenting this advice to those less skilled in this area than you are. I believe, also, that you genuinely want to help other men to get better at developing conversations with women. I do wish, however, that coaches like yourself would not always insist on assuming that men who struggle with these skills are only struggling because they are either out of practice, or just need to improve upon EXISTING skills, in order to become proficient. Please do not assume that we already know much of what you are teaching us, and just need to brush up on our existing skills. Many of us are still learning these conversational skills, and need more advice on how to present ourselves to women.

I had known this girl for 7 years and we would see each other around 2-3 times a week. About half a year ago, we got on really well, we started messaging and we liked each other, so naturally, I asked her out. The timing was horrible though, because this was before the summer holidays, our holiday never matched up, we were not in the same place at the same time meaning we did not see much of each other although we still texted every day and hour. Once the holidays were up, since I had not seen her for a month and a half, I freaked out and hid behind my anxiety and the relationship slowly died out over the next three months. I asked her if she wanted to try again yesterday morning and she said we would be better off as friends. To be fair, she had exams, we had not talked to each other properly other than small talk in months and I was a fool not to ask her out as soon as the holidays ended, I was a fool for not approaching her during the times we would see each other.

@Welli'mAGamer for your future self, a girl will take you OUT of the "friendzone" if your look/physique/sex appeal has greatly improved since the last she's seen you(like AFTER a time apart) bc the "new you" OVERRIDES the version of "you" that she has stored in her memory. I've done THIS before and had the chick catering/being VERY cooperative (even buying my snacks, giving me googly eyes, and giggling at everything I said)...I could see visual disappointment when I didn't try to hookup though(I'm outta her league now...don't even want her😒). I've been with my guy for 16 years and our relationship is like 50% making fun of each other in a playful way. As a girl and now woman I can say this is the PERFECT advice. You definitely want to make it known that you're kidding though and you have to know when to be serious especially when it comes to our feelings or we get easily annoyed with the teasing and if you don't laugh or smile to make it obvious you're kidding around then it comes off as being a complete ass. One thing I’ve found that helps a lot is to do your research. This is good for nerds. Find what they’re interested in, find out more about it. I started talking to a girl near the end of high school since I wanted to take her to prom. I didn’t do all of it perfectly, now I would do it significantly better. But I knew she was in swim at our high school and was in the state tournament, so I asked her how that was going. That was one of the first things I’d asked her. Little things like that are great conversation starters, then you can find natural flow very easily since she is talking about what she’s interested in. Now, I was antisocial up until high school. I was a nerd that didn’t do anything or talk to anyone, so my social development came late. COVID also impacted my social life dramatically. On our first date, I picked up this girl. I went into her house, talked to her dad, and this is how it started. “So what do you do besides Math Field Day and Tennis?” “I play piano.” (she played piano too). She interrupts and says “He can play Bohemian Rhapsody!” Dad says “Alright, let’s hear it.” Nailed it. Went to dinner and maintained 3 hours of interesting conversation with her and that was it. Went on to have a few more dates, talk daily for 4 months, go to prom together, then get friend zoned since I was going to college soon. Which is fair. If I would have been a year younger, we would be dating 100% If they drop little details, commit them to memory. I memorized all of her blocks in school by asking simple but natural questions. Then I used that knowledge to intercept her after her last block, then walk 10 minutes to our cars. Completely ditched her friend in that class. I didn’t tell her I was doing it, I just did. We proceeded to do that every day before and after school. It got to a point where if I was unable to walk with her, I would get a snap of her joking about being lonely. If she couldn’t, she would let me know in advance without me asking. It became an expectation. If you both are younger and still live with your parents, make sure you develop a good relationship with her parents too. The father is the most important. Mother is important too but prioritize the respect of her father. Her parents would even come to my high school tennis matches. She came to my state tennis matches, made numerous little signs of my face for everyone to use as a surprise. Sorry for the long comment, just trying to help my fellow nerds out there get some women. Treat it like a test. Take notes on what she says, do your homework on her interests, and just be interesting when the test comes. If you can talk to her about her interests, you’ll have interesting conversations all day long. It worked for me. I’m willing to help if you have any questions.

She rejected him nicely, but I became his #1 fan in that moment 😂 i knew EXACTLY what he felt while all the other girls didn’t. I even went and supported him and commended the balls he had to come up to our group. When I returned I had to explain later to the girls the balls that took and what it really means. It's so weird because I actually did this with a girl without realizing it. There was this coworker that I had that was a pretty cute girl, but she had a boyfriend so I never manifested anything in feelings. But I would playfully tease her and act annoyed when she came into work in a joking way like "ugh I gotta work with you today". And OCCASIONALLY we would flirt very lightly by just saying nice things about each others appearance. Well that was in Texas and I had to come back to Tennessee to finish college, and this girl tells me that she broke up with her boyfriend and that she wanted to date me. Partly that I was funny, but because I had my own goals. Unfortunately I had to say no, but this was so surprising that a girl who was quite pretty actually approached me first and it was due to things I wasn't even putting effort into. If only this would happen with a girl I actually liked. 😂

If there has ever been some sort of opportunity with a woman since my adolescence, I have always eviscerated it. Either knowingly or unknowingly. I’m that bad. On top of just going blank with attractive women, I just never think they want to hear provocative lines from me, so I don’t want to make them uncomfortable by saying them. A couple of years ago I had a bit of game and attraction but now I have become a zombie who is addicted to pron and I feel so inferior to the people around me. As soon as I make a little a bit of progress it feels I am back at zero. I have become the type of person who has become complacent and weak. With each passing year I become more and more inferior to my peers. At this point even my family has figured out I am not capable. I know only I can make the change but I can't conquer my mind. I swear I feel everything that you said bc I was kinda in the same place, but because of my height. The best thing and the strongest thing you can do is, sit down, be alone for a moment, say and be sorry that you didn’t show the respect to yourself that you deserve. It takes strength to actually be really real with yourself. But you are the one who got all the beautiful thoughts and strength inside you. you are a universe inside an universe. You are limitless, understand this forreal, it is all in your head. The Version of you that you see right now is not the only version of you, the opposite exists and he is waiting to be finally you. Keep you faith, dignity and heart strong. I believe in you, we are here to get better and so we do. It is up to you, you set your own boundaries, but as real human being let me say this, you decide where you boundaries are and how much of limitation you give yourself, You deserve Love, Honor and the feeling of completion. You are energy inside flesh. You are the one of the fascinating things that god created, a consciousness which can reflect, change, adapt and most importantly create. Only you create your perfect life and it will come as soon as you understand for yourself why you deserve it. Love and respect to yourself is the answer.

Hey the teasing a girl stuff is litterally what I needed to hear. Back in middle school I would see a classmate have this sort of teasing relationship with a gal friend n their conversation was somehow interesting cause he’s teasing her making her react. N I’m like what sort of power is this? I later fell for her but was never ever was quite able to form any sort of relationship with her :(

There is this girl in my class and I would like to speak to her etc. As a disclaimer I am fairly confident and literally speak to random strangers so often and get girls numbers on the street, gym etc. The thing with this girl is that she is in my class and I am in my last year of school. I don’t want her to reject me and that entire class make fun of me etc and make it hard to focus on school.

Perhaps I would suggest that you wait out your last year to confess. Once you graduate, tell her how you feel. If she rejects you, okay well move on. If she accepts you, then you guys can see how the relationship turns out afterwards. It's not like you're not gonna see her after your last year of school, unless you guys start dating and making things work.

bro dont listen to this Jeffrey who tells u to wait. If youre a man, just start talking to her and ask her out casually, no need for confessions and all this shit. If someone from your class laughs at you theyre losers who would never approach a girl they like themselves, so it doesnt matter. Just do it

Cmon man like you said you are fairly confident. we believe in you bro. and also why would anybody make fun of you for liking someone at the end of the day man if you tried and get rejected atleast you tried thats whats important. its not a big deal if you get rejected . and if its the last year try to be the best one you got yet. be the guy who other guys want to be.

I was in elementary and I liked a girl and I wasn't worried about rejection I was worried about being made fun of or being called disgusting. I wanted to confess on the last day of school when she's alone but she disappeared before I could. I still regret it, as there was nothing to lose.

Even though I got rejected by girls, but after hearing this I think I should be practicing this method. Tease her in a funny way but not in an offensive way. Keep up the good work hamza

I think the main problem in general is people who can't be honest, you can't expect confidence when you're hitting on a girl unless you have the experience, but exp is secondary, the main thing is learning the social cues, understanding timing, the subtle things, so I suggest that If you want to be able to talk to girls, instead of focusing on being flirty try to be openly honest, don't force your words, try to go with whatever is happening and just don't try to "get" her, that will come after you understand how to approach people.

Get Desensitised to rejection ASAP. If she likes you, she will give you plenty of chances. Talk to her as soon as possible.

All through middle school I had two different crushes neither of them I had the balls to talk to now I’m a fresh men in high school and took my chances with a girl and tried talking to her, I’m almost certain she likes me too because of the huge amount of things she’s done that a girl who wouldn’t like me wouldn’t do (like touching me or writing on my paper) I honestly didn’t think I’d get this far and now that I’m here I don’t know how to progress further 😭

Holy shit this is so true . I see all the guys in my uni class and it’s so funny how much each one of them “teases” the girls : they playfully make fun of her , let the girl hit them back when they mock them , hug to say hello and so on . And most of them aren’t even chads , just normal dudes who have no trouble talking to girls ( it’s not only about making her feel excited , it’s doing it everyday to even the girls you’re only friends with ) and here I am just saying ahi with just a smile cause I’m way to shy to give them a hug .

The truth is, most men haven’t done the “work” yet. Which is, exposure therapy of teaching your brain that there is no real danger. I recommend for men to start taking Ice Cold showers in the morning starting from however long you can stand and working your way up to a few minutes. This shock will help correlate when you practice taking action through the resistance related emotions of approaching women. In reality, most rejections aren’t even bad. The worst I’ve had is a women simply dismissing herself from the interaction. Not to say that some men had a non-typical bad experience, but the majority of most rejections is nothing.
