"Where God guides, God provides." That's absolutely true.

Hearing about Rick's big dream to start a church in southern CA is inspirational. However, it's also depressing to me personally as I'm almost 59 and don't believe I've ever had a dream from God except for one during the last couple of years and that totally went down in flames. At this point in my life I have no dreams, aspirations, goals or even desires. I've suffered from severe clinical depression and complex PTSD for 20 years and just surviving day to day is a huge struggle for me. If anyone reads this, please pray for me.

Hab. 2:3 Just be patient, they will surely come to pass.Thank God Pastor Rick Warren for amazing word of encouraging and faith growing word of God. God is working in my life and lives of my children while we are going through delays , challenges and trails. He is working to make it come to pass at his appointed time best to suits us and where we will handle his blessings careful. He is growing our faith and trust in him. May the name of God be gloried. Am highly encouraged.

Pastor Rick, your sermons have been packed with wisdom and encouragement that got me through my undergraduate years while my life was major crisis, then through graduate school when I lost my dream home, and my husband. You don’t know me personally, but your ministry has touched my life personally and professionally. I will be forever grateful. I regularly pray for you Pastor Rick, Kay, your family, and your ministry. Thank you for being obedient to the will of the Lord even when you didn’t know they way, or the outcome. Because of your teaching I now have faith that I will some day have a forever home of my own even though I can’t see the way right now. You taught me that my (now former) spouse has the right to exercise his free will despite my fervent prayers he would choose me. You taught me how to grow my faith and trust God in what seemed like total darkness. You taught me that with the Lord, I’m able to start over and do this on my own even though I feel afraid. You taught me that it’s okay to not be okay for a season, to hurt and feel those feelings WITHOUT reacting. This is also what my education has taught me, but I received the messsge from you without an 80,000 bill. Thank you Pastor Rick for sowing into my life. I love you with the love of the Lord, with all of my heart. ❤️‍🩹 I will continue to dream great dreams and make the rest of my life, the best of my life. I’m 45 years old and am starting over alone with almost no one in my life. As John Piper says, my circumstances speak to me so loudly, and they have nothing good to say. But … faith. I believe this isn’t my final answer. 💚

All I can say is that it is so true, GOD IS NEVER LATE NOR EARLY, HE IS ALWAYS JUST IN TIME because your messages have truly brought me closer to God and also I have experienced great Miracles in my life which was only possible through God, Amen. How do I start a small group in my home? Here in NC. Dear Rick, I am getting surgery next Wednesday to have one half of my tongue removed and reconstructed. I am scared. But I know God is with me . I have faith in God. I have experience His presence and His miracle before in my life. Please pray form a quick recovery. I am all over the place because I am having a hard time focusing on any one thing to get ready for my next journey. Please remember me in your prayers. I know God told us to pray in numbers. I was very moved by Rick Warren's "How God grows our faith." I am a back sliding heathen with no faith what so ever and I was only watching this because my boyfriend (who's in prison and has turned his life over to God and is constantly on me to read my bible and change my ways) asked me to, he said this guy is motivating and I might like him. Well he was right I do like his style of delivery. I'll definitely watch more of his sermons.

One time I listened to you speaking on a cd where you came to a Vietnamese church I believe and I kept listening to the cd because I didn't care to listen to music in the car and I looked up your sermons and watched each one, this was since early college for me and I grew in my faith even though I was born and raised a Christian(but there was a time where didn't attend church for a while because of fam language barriers until we found a different church) but I didn't realize that Our relationship with our Heavenly Father matters and Jesus character! too until I saw your sermons & read purpose-driven life and other helpful books, so I'm really thankful!

This sermon has really encouraged me. I feel like I was there at the church. Your teaching help me in such a great way on my faith and trust in God. I guess God is working on growing my faith with everything I'm going through right now. I am a quiet person and have had some things happen to me, but because I fear confronting others they have gotten away with the things they have done and it's coming back to haunt me. Please pray the truth will come out and God will send someone(s) to help me through all of this. Thank you!

I have been a Christian for more than 40 years and a member of one of our local church here in Manila . If we don't know The Word, the tests we go through will mostly frustrate us and be miserable. When we know GOD'S Word, it helps us to grow and see our weak areas so we can ask for The Lord's help.
