To put this into perspective JDCR just beat two top players using Safina and Devil Jin for top 8 and nearly beat Jin using Armor King. He's way better than people think.

It's JDCR that carries the character, Armor King isn't nearly as good as Zafina and Devil Jin.

I play AK. Been practicing with him. Other people just don’t have the knowledge in how to use him. They’re too busy using op characters. It’s about winning. I don’t know about the mentality in Korea/Japan/China/Asia if they use op characters like people do in the crappy states; but here they definitely pick these characters.

Why does it seem like JDCR is pressing so many buttons when doing chain grabs? I recently got into Armor king as kind of a "learning in advance" before he comes to tekken 8 and I'm really curious if this is some kind of hidden technique that I should be looking into

F,f,n,2 is a better move against most options for the same timing. Standing? Lariat only gives you frames but low blow gives you frames and damage. Crouching? You will die if someone ducks lariat. Most characters will only hit you with 35 ish damage if they block low blow.

@@reishakyu3553 Lee’s definitely not more honest lol his counter hit game is among the best and right above underrated if you ask me. Great frametraps as well make him hard to press on and good luck trying to whiff punish b4 hitman cancels without a long range mid. Great pokes and great oki make him great in tense situations. He’s very viable it’s just that he works hard for wall carry and damage while most of the cast can do it better and easier.

Someone I think arslan said knee only does lows when he is scared or losing, you can notice it if he's losing and down a round or 2 he will use them but really safe lows

It's just a bad move, has like no range, can easily be sidestepped, you lose your turn on block, it's DEATH on whiff. JDCR was probably trying to do ws4 from crouch dash

@폭동제압!불법 먹이 투기는 폭동이다 아머킹 장점이 잡기인데 게임 시스템 때문에 장점이라 해야하나 싶기도 하구 횡을 잡는 기술 중 제일 빠른게 15에서 시작이니 다른 얘들은 13에서부터 시작인데 아머킹은 왼어퍼 너프하니 ㅋㅋ 우종 히트 시키고 왼어퍼 썻는데 놈진9rp에 지는거 보고 정말 어이 없어서 아머킹 손절할까 했네요

How come JDCR never uses forward 2 to pin the opponent against the wall. Its a quick mid that has a follow up and wall splash. Pretty sure leaves you plus too.

It's risky since the 2nd hit can be ducked if the first hit is blocked

@@Andriewidjaja you want them to block it to make them stay still and check them from mid range. Also can mix it out of a wave dash. If your opponent is near the wall and off axis even a lil its really hard to deal with. You just don't do the 2nd hit.

@@Andriewidjaja stunner is highly step able and covers less distance then f2. Plus they are used in different scenarios. Stunner out in the open up close great. F2 by the wall stop moving opponent and force set play. Also your forcing the opponent to make a decision "is he gonna do the 2nd part? Do I punish? Do I duck?". It doesn't matter if its -10 if they are to busy dealing with the mind game.

To my surprise, howcome Knee cannot beat JDCR. i think Knee is very good however, playing too many characters can be confusing at times. I guess he has to stick with 5 of his greatest characters. BRYAN, DEVIL JIN, PAUL PHOENIX, KAZUYA & KAZUMI.

it's back and forth with top tier players, there's very little confusion with Knee... JDCR says it best 19:15.
