I was in a terrible car accident and lying on a dark road with a broken cervical and lumbar spine, in horrible pain. While waiting for the ambulance I looked up at the starry night and said “ Thank you God for saving my life.” At that very moment, a giant spray of silver light burst right above me & then just disappeared. I KNEW I would not be paralyzed and I had to have neurosurgery in my back and I am perfectly fine. That was 35 years ago and I knew from that moment on that GRATITUDE was very powerful force.

This man deserves more subscribers. Everyone should listen to him, it doesn’t have to do with your religion, it’s all why we are here. Thank you God. You are an amazing human being.

The best bet is to just sincerely and authentically tell yourself that "I am really willing to feel grateful, even though doing it may seem hard right now" --- Willingness is being sincere and honest with life and our subconscious knows how to guide us through the entire gratitude process.

I was so happy to see your email in my inbox, as it's been a while since I received anything from you. What you say is thankfully something I have been practicing for a while, it's always heartwarming to get an affirmation that I am on the right path. It's also useful to share your video with others who need a nudge to practice it in their lives. However, some people are only theory and not really practice. I am thinking of a friend of mine who has a gratitude journal where she writes daily the things that she is grateful for. Unfortunately, I don't think she has really absorbed her intellectual understanding of gratitude into her soul. In fact I see her as being pretty unhappy and desperately tries to find happiness from externalities. I suppose we are all at different stages, and we grow at different speeds. Important thing is, we don't lose hope.

THAT IS WHAT MY LIFE TAUGHT ME and that’s the road I took! The least traveled path:)💙 my reward is in that!
