Dream Big. Think like a leader and act like one. Leaders aren't born they are made. Hi guys! Would just like to share our journey with you. 😀 We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

My biggest takeaway from this video is to make people a part of your dream and to have a recognition system and we can do this by having them be a part of an amazing experience! Ed Mylett... Thanks Ed, Started trying this as started working with people- A good friend is "tired of being 50 and Frumpy- 1st thing I sent to her was a wand an a tiara- with a note saying she is the queen- 2nd told her to go to a good will and pick out a size she wanted to get into. 3rd item was a little paragraph for her since moms won't do for themselves- " I am starting right now by choosing a healthy path of movement and eating right. The reason I am doing this is so that I can be part of the memories of my children and live a legacy for future grandchildren- I am needed to be there because showing them how to live live is so more impactul than seeing a picture and hearing a story. Ed- I hit a couple of Speed bumps but I know that I still have 35 days left on a deakline I set on myself- Thank you for the insight and Barnabas message today- No changing the deadline but still seeing what I canaccomplish on these must items for me so I can mke a bigger impact for my world- thanks for your purpose and sharing

This is some seriously underrated advice right here. Sell the experience, the emotions behind the product. Remember what Jim Kwik says when he said to remember something you must establish an emotional connection. When you combine all the knowledge of what you and your guests have to say: it is the ultimate treasure trove of living human wisdom of people that are successful in various aspects of their lives.

yes its interesting to copy the habits of people as awesome as Ed..but dont forget that ALL awesome ROLE MODELS have BEEN THROUGH THEIR OWN PATH of life and it usually has been a rough one...THEY NEVER quit on that which was the driviing force INSIDE THEM... But allow me to suggest that as far as books are concerned, you on your own need to find the books and other materials that are APPROPRIATE to your OWN present needs and thinking. THE MOST significant factor I would think Mattijs is to ASSOCIATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ON A DAILY BASIS 5 hrs at least with DIFFERENTMINDED thinkers...You are truly amazing in wanting to KNOW and LEARN more from someone POWERFUL as ED..DO THAT!! But also try to find your individuality!

This is so on point with how we run our company! We own a Real Estate office in NJ and I have to say everything that you talked about resembles our office culture and camaraderie. Our agents are our biggest fans and vice versa. We are always in the spirit of praising all that they do. It’s just always authentically been our way. I surely know that you have changed many people's lives, as well as the change that you have created for me. 💪😍 One of my dreams is spending an hour talking with you face to face. EdMylett The number one thing I took away is the three pillars of greatness. It fits in every aspect of my life principles and that is Faith, family, than work. I will admit I struggle allot over the years and especially right now with depression due to family circumstances and much of it I can not control and try hard not to worry about as I don’t want to waste my imagination for trouble but good. I know that reminding myself to dream, crusade, and recognizing even what I accomplish and take on will help lift me out of those dark thoughts that haunt me many days. I practice gratitude however the three pillars will keep as you say in front of others and the leader I know I am capable of being to those around me in all three aspects of my life. God Bless you Ed, sorry for long message. It was great meeting you personally on escalator at ARETE event, though it was a brief moment. Ed you really do make a difference in people’s life’s and I believe God put you on earth to unify, uplift, and connect people to achieve their greatness no matter what they do.

Thanks for the specific steps (what I truly love about your content)! One of the audios I listen to is Bob Proctor. He said something which your final thought reminded me of. If you drop water in the Ocean, in your case, your back yard ;-) you change the shoreline not only in your backyard but every shoreline that the Pacific is flowing. All about the vibration and yours is incredibly positive and happy to hear you as often as you post. Keep the GREAT stuff a comin!

This is something I started practicing with my wife and kids as soon as I listened to this the first time. 3. DREAM BIG!! Make sure everyone else's dream can fit inside yours. I’m becoming religious about improving myself and my business. I believe that Following the RIGHT leaders is the difference in succeeding and meeting my goals.
