Where would have Hakeem had gone if the Rockets were not able to pull of the deal? I only have a couple of places in mind. Phoenix: The Suns needed a dominant big man to pair up with their jump/3 point shooters Kevin Johnson, Dan Majerle, Danny Ainge, Richard Dumas, and Cedrick Ceballos. Portland: Hakeem probably decides that he wants to pair up with Clyde Drexler. He is also paired up with a front court of Buck Williams and Clifford Robinson/Kevin Duckworth.

I'm not sure about the Suns. They already signed Charles Barkley that season and he won the MVP. Portland might've been better. Then there's Utah.

New York Knicks won't even be in the G league the the day . Their lineup consists the of 2 small guards 2 small power forwards and a hobbling center with two bad knees . And they all can't shoot .
