Hi, I feed Taste of the wild. For hand feeding raw I would feed K9 cravings. It comes in a role. I would cut a portion up while it was slightly frozen into small cubes lie 1/4" by 1/4" (a real pain in the rear) then freeze them and feed while frozen for the most part. Or you could buy some really healthy raw treats to supplement feeding. Hand feeding works best with an existential food source. It can be done with raw but is a lot messier, and that is the only reason I do not do raw.

You will have to hand feed only for the most part. The only way I feed my dogs is through hand, dopamine box, or treat and train machine. The dog will try to wait you out so be patient.

Skinner is the father of OC and this is how he defined it. This is a direct quote from his book "About Behaviorism". OC is supposed to be the dogs choice, but how many choices does the dog get today? Trainers are creating an artificial environment for the dog to OC themselves to. I'm sorry, but that is backward. Do that to a human animal, and it'll screw them up for life. "A very different process, through which a person comes to deal effectively with a new environment, is operant conditioning. Many things in the environment, such as food and water, sexual contact, and escape from harm, are crucial for the survival of the individual and the species, and any be­havior which produces them therefore has survival value.Through the process of operant conditioning, behavior having this kind of consequence becomes more likely to occur. The behavior is said to be strengthened by its consequences, and for that reason the consequences themselves are called “reinforcers.”" OC needs to be looked at through the dogs eyes, from the dogs perspective - not yours.
