We all say mean and hateful things sometimes but it's speaking out if anger or from being hurt. I say things I don't mean and then I realize if I've hurt someone's feelings I apologize to them because I can't stand to hurt someone from my words and actions. I have a problem with depression and impulse so I say it before I think sometimes.

Envy is a negative trait based on the a person feeling resentment. No resentment=no envy. There are words such as "inspire" that are antonyms and fit what you are saying.
