Pavan is one of the most humble and amazing person I have ever met. He is really a great inspiration to many folks like me. Also He is doing great work for the Cloudnative community. His speciality is he is so calm in nature and he always treats everyone very well irrespective of their background. We need guidance on open source contributions like where do I even start? (After documentation). Good first issues are very easy, and I think they're left by developers just to attract new peoples to contribute and actual issues(bugs/features) are so tough.
