How I apply doo gro mix for max results!

How do I apply DOO GRO to make my hair grow!
The best hair style to apply this mix is either mini braids or mini twists I am able to go row by row and apply this directly to my scalp and reach more surface area
Now, I started using this mix when I had no hair so as my hair changed so did my application technique -
In the beginning phases I would put some on my hair and slather it on!
As my hair got longer I used the application bottle, it was less messy
Other than mini braids or mini twist I LOVE cornrows, It's easy application
NOW applying it is one thing but if you are not massaging this in THEN DON’T BOTHER. Massage it in, your hands are your best bet BUT I prefer to use this massager (its called “shampoo hair massager” on amazon) I massage for 10 min a day.
As far as my ends go, whatever leftover product is on my hands, I just slide it down, I use a leave-in conditioner on my ends to keep my ends hydrated.

I wash every 2 weeks. I alternate between a clarifying wash day & a moisturizing wash day. On moisture days I use the Mielle Rosemary Mint line (shampoo conditioner & mask) on clarifying days I honestly a haven’t found a shampoo that I like so I can’t recommend a “good” one, im just finishing the bottles I have before I start looking for a brand to stick to

Oil is one of the important ingredients. It doesn’t have to be the oil in the video. Use what your hair likes.. castor oil, avacado oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil. Just as long as you’re adding something to keep your hair healthy

This is my hair length rn.I stopped relaxing four to 5 months ago.N i have bene on my hair journey for two week's u know after doing enaf research...n understqnding more about my hair type n how to grow health strong n long hair.I can say i m more compassionate and loving of my hair and i hope to see some progress soon after 6 werks of having mini braids on.Good luck y'all n wish me all d best too😂😂

I ll try 2 update after 6 weeks n see how much longer my hair wud have grown by then.Because I do believe our hair grows too we just need 2 learn how to take care of it.. n retain that length. Coz when their is growth their is breakage as well

@debbie356 it's been three weeks now n 5 months since I stopped relaxing..my hair has grown about 2.5 inches or 3 inches..I m transitioning into been a full natural...I hope to complete the 6 week hair challenge coz my hair is neither 4b nor 4c it's somewhere in d middle..it gets frizzy really quickly...n d relaxed ends tend to unravel when I do my wash day so I end up redoing them.I ll most definately come back here after 3 weeks to update km d length of my hair

I use it every 2-3 days, my hair/scalp absorbs this stuff so I never have an issue with build up. I wash every 2 weeks so that’s technically only 4-5 applications and I don’t put on too much.
