For salads, I just use tupperware and mix it up with the lid on! It’s not a cute bowl but it’s so much easier and functional!

HI ANNA! Try using a French Press. (got mine off of amazon) I make it in my DORM at night and then put it in a pitcher to cool in the fridge. I also make enough for about 3-4 days in advance and I just have to add creamer in the mornings! I played around with the amount of coffee grounds too until I was satisfied with the flavor. Love your vids, keep it up girl!

buy reusable k cup's from amazon and coffee grounds from the grocery store. it is much more eco friendly & cheaper!

for my coffee, my keriug has a cold coffee setting so i put ice in my cup and press that setting.

i get the dunkin cold brew packets from target and they’re only $7!!! you also need creamer but the packs last almost two weeks and i drink a cup of coffee each morning

I don’t have coffee everyday abut when I do I only get it from Starbucks ( iced Carmel macchiato) I drink fizz sticks from Arbonne to pick me up and bc I have a hard time falling asleep I will be tired all day then at night I get a energy burst and don’t fall asleep

Buy a nespresso machine (I got mine at walmart for much cheaper than the nespresso website)! It makes the best iced lattes. I use one of the double or single nespresso shots with the oatly barista oatmilk and then add a little torani vanilla syrup and cinnamon.

My Keurig has an ice coffee option and I just use the K cups butttt if you don’t have that option they have an iced coffee maker at Walmart for cheap!

I do a caramel cappuccino with coffee mate caramel flavored power for 8 ounces sometimes I do it with my skim milk and heat up for 1 minute then put my caramel flavored powder from coffee mate and do my cappuccino for 6 ounces . You can get the coffee mate caramel flavored powder from the grocery store

Because of money issues currently, I just drink a 16 oz can of ultra Monster energy drink. 10 cals and 140 mili caffeine. Yum.

ok no judgement, just a general question: why do you wear masks into cheer but then you film in the facility and you are not wearing masks anymore? i just don't understand if your team doesn't have to wear masks, which is totally fine; i just know mine has to wear them the whole time and we can't take them off at all. i love your videos btw and i want to be a nurse too ;)

Well like first of all she’s in South Carolina so like it’s clear absolutely no one gives af, also this whole channel has made it clear covid is not something she’s the most concerned about. Nothing about the state of our country in regards to the virus makes sense but I mean that’s why we are doing worse than any country in the world rn! let’s all just hope and pray that vaccine saves us

@@shaniasullivan8909 um a covid test takes days to get results- they just have to take temperatures and answer questions; such as do they have symptoms etc.

@@breannakenny6998 sometimes they do rapid testing by blood not as effective but it takes like only like 5-10 minutes to get the results but I’m pretty sure that’s not what she does they just take temperatures and symptom checks I think and she can’t really cheer with a mask it’s more of a safety precaution to have it on when you’re entering the building.
