I love that she considers the talent, her clients. Even though they aren’t her clients and it isn’t her company. She not even an agent, just an employee at an agency. But I love it, because that’s what you want from your staff. You want them to feel ownership of your company. I’d hire her if I owned any company.

Hi! I'm a 25 year old hispanic female and I want to get into the entertainment industry but not as a talent but in the management aspect so basically be hired through a talent agency. How would I get started? Would I need to go back to college and get my bachelor's or would I need to just get a specific license to be considered to work in an agency?
