Most Nigeria avoid credit card particularly not knowing that it is key to a lot of openings. I applied for a credit card even as a student and I got a 1000 limit. Cibc wasn't that great I prefer td bank but if cibc works for them great. We used cibc for many years, for 10 years but td bank was just an overall better deal. It actually use to be td ( Toronto Dominion) but they combined with canada trust (they use to be a brown bank) but when they combined they were just the best banking system. I mean the best. I love bank of Montreal too! I trusted that bank for everything! Putting documents together for home ownership in Canada, I'd say it was a good experience. The builders are amazing! It was a fun process picking houses from the original plan and working with the builders to mix and match what you want in your home. W were kinda broke so our house came with standard features but later down the road we did our own renovations. Congrat on the home!
