Yess the walls are thick you can have karaoke inside haha. I have a neighbor with 3 children. I can only hear them from outside if their door's open. 😁 Thank youu! 🫶

@@denquiet I spent a lot of time canvassing. I suggest you look up places that are residential or with condo buildings then inquire face to face. I know there are listings online but for me, it's better to really walk around and see the units for yourself. :) spent around 5 Saturdays visiting places, so I wouldn't call this luck haha.
