Welcome back to our channel! In this video, I'm taking you along with me as I build a micropond for my mother-in-law while she was away on vacation! Make sure to watch to the end for the best reaction to this mother's day gift!
My in-laws have been wanting to get rid of the ring of white stone in their yard for ages and I surprised them by building them a mini ecosystem pond in just 2 days with a variety of aquatic plants and even some fish!

I Live in Michigan so you like very similar climate! And I would love to have a water feature in my back yard, but, it's a permission thing yes. I know the plants! And I would have frogs and a turtle.... :-) .... and some Michigan "Picture Plants", too, to eat up mosquitoes we have more than the turtle can eat hahahah.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching the transformation! Great explanations along the way too! What would something like that cost if I got you to come into my yard and do it, in a corner that’s just level sod? Ballpark of course, no way of truly knowing.

For sure we recommend 2 weeks before releasing fish into a new pond. That being said I can report the fish are thriving.
