You should have strict diet and avoid eating red meat, you can take AHCC continuously for 6 months then you can take a break and do blood test after that coz taking it for a long time is harmful for the liver.

I mostly eat organic food, I don’t eat pork, rice, bread,dairy products, processed food, sweets, and oily food. I eat fruits and veggies everyday, green smoothie with spinach and kale, buckwheat, quinoa, chicken breast, oat bran, ground flax seed, almond milk, soy spread, coconut butter, i only use olive oil in everything I cook and on veggie salad. I use monk fruit sweetener in my hot cocoa or coconut sugar. I use Himalayan salt in my food and I never used monosodium glutamate. I drink turmeric tea everyday and do pilates 2 to 4x a week.

It is used as part of the diagnosis and treatment for abnormal or cancerous conditions. The lower genital tract includes the cervix and vagina.

1)Skin to skin means during sexual intercourse without clothes. 2) You can still get vaccine as long as you are not positive with the certain types of hpv which is included in the gardasil 9 and most importantly you are below 45 years old 3) you can only get infected by hpv through sexual intercourse, french kiss, and oral sex. Sharing bathroom and toilet won’t get you infected.

Nope coz my gynecologist examined my cervix and it was normal then I had the pap test after a year which turned out to be negative so I don’t need to do the colposcopy.

Ahcc will boost your immune system but you can only take it maximum 6 months, regarding genital warts you must talk to your gynecologist so that they can check it and advise you the medical procedure you’ll need. Don’t worry some low risk hpv virus can cause genital warts but it doesn’t cause cervical cancer at least we need to be aware of it to protect ourselves. If you are below 45 years old you can get vaccinated with gardasil 9, I’ve done it so far it doesnt have any side effect on me like what other people said.
